The project handled in collaboration with the TOKİ (Turkish Housing Development Administration) and Emlak Konut; Govermental Real Estate Investment Company, on the European side of İstanbul, Dumankaya Miks is being constructed on a 30,294 square meters of land, located right next to the Temapark (the “Theme Park”), neighboring the Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Hospital. Dumankaya Miks in Halkalı-Atakent is composed of six blocks, consisting of two towers and four horizontal blocks. The towers are of 23 and 32 floors. The project structure encompasses a total of 657 residential units and seven offices, with views overlooking either to the Küçükçekmece Lake or the Temapark.
