When one examines the investments made by foreigners in Turkey according to region, one sees that investments during the first 5 months of 2015 increased by 85% as compared to 2014 in terms of square meters. In terms of sheer numbers of investors during the same period, a 37% increase was seen. When one examines the foreigners who chose Turkey for real estate investment purposes during 2014 and 2015, the highest numbers came from Saudi Arabia, Germany, England and Kuwait. Statistics show that in 2015 alone, Saudi Arabian citizens are the leaders in terms of foreign real estate investors in Turkey. When one examines the size of land that can be purchased with 1 million dollars in some of the top global cities, İstanbul clearly offers much more opportunity in terms of sheer square meters than cities like Paris, London, New York and Rome.

According to the Turkish Statistics Institute, housing sales increased by 19.1% compared to the same month of the preceding year in 2015. 19.5% of all sales were in İstanbul (21,612 residences), followed by Ankara, (11.6 %, 12,869 units) and İzmir (6.7%, 7,364 units).

ebruary 18th 2015, İstanbul - Al Mazaya, one of Middle East’s biggest real estate developers, enters Turkish market with Turkish real estate sector’s leading corporation Dumankaya İnşaat. The cooperation is realized with the Ritim İstanbul project started by Dumankaya İnşaat; and the land of the project was purchased with the partnership of both companies within the cooperation. Within the strategic cooperation between Dumankaya İnşaat and Al Mazaya Holding, the total 19,920 square meters land of the Ritim İstanbul project realized in Maltepe, the rising star of İstanbul Anatolian Side became the property of Mazaya- Dumankaya joint venture for a price of 190 million TL. ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻮد اﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﳌﺪة ﻃﻮﻳﻠﺔ ﰲ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺎ أن ﻳﺘﻘﺪم ﳌﺪﻳﺮﻳﺔ‬ ‫اﻷﻣﻦ ﺎﺑﻷوراق اﻟﺜﺒﻮﺗﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ‪:‬‬ ‫ ‪ ٤‬ﺻﻮر ﺷﺨﺼﻴﺔ ﴰﺴﻴﺔ‬‫ ﺟﻮاز ﺳﻔﺮ‬‫ ﺗﺼﻮﻳﺮ اﻟﺼﻔﺤﺎت اﻟﱵ ﲢﺘﻮي ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺼﻮرة اﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ‬‫وﺎﺗرﻳﺦ اﻟﺼﻼﺣﻴﺔ وﺄﺗﺷﲑة اﻟﺪﺧﻮل ﲜﻮاز اﻟﺴﻔﺮ‪.‬‬ ‫ وﺛﻴﻘﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺗﺜﺒﺖ أن اﻟﺸﺨﺺ اﳌﻌﲏ ﻗﺪ أﻧﻔﻖ‬‫ﻣﺒﻠﻐﺎ ﻳﺰﻳﺪ ﻋﻦ ‪ ٣٠٠‬دوﻻر أﻣﺮﻳﻜﻲ أو إﻳﺼﺎل ﻳﺜﺒﺖ ﺻﺮف‬ ‫‪ ٣٠٠‬دوﻻر ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻛﻤﺎ ﺗﺘﻄﻠﺐ إﻗﺎﻣﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻮﺎﺛﺋﻖ اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ‪:‬‬ ‫ ‪ ٤‬ﺻﻮر ﺷﺨﺼﻴﺔ ﴰﺴﻴﺔ‬‫ ﺟﻮاز ﺳﻔﺮ‬‫ ﺗﺼﻮﻳﺮ اﻟﺼﻔﺤﺎت اﻟﱵ ﲢﺘﻮي ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺼﻮرة اﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ‬‫وﺎﺗرﻳﺦ اﻟﺼﻼﺣﻴﺔ وﺄﺗﺷﲑة اﻟﺪﺧﻮل‪.‬‬ ‫ وﺛﻴﻘﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺗﺜﺒﺖ أن اﳌﻌﲏ ﺎﺑﻷﻣﺮ ﻗﺪ أﻧﻔﻖ ‪٣٠٠‬‬‫دوﻻر أﻣﺮﻳﻜﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷﻗﻞ أو إﻳﺼﺎل ﻳﺜﺒﺖ ﺻﺮﻓﻪ ‪٣٠٠‬‬ ‫دوﻻر ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‪.‬‬ ‫ إذن ﻋﻤﻞ ﺻﺎدر ﻋﻦ وزارة اﻟﻌﻤﻞ واﻟﻀﻤﺎن‬‫اﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻣﻊ ﺻﻮرة ﻃﺒﻖ اﻷﺻﻞ ﻣﻨﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﻊ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺔ أن ﻫﺬﻩ اﻷوراق اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﺔ ﻗﺪ ﺗﺘﻐﲑ ﻣﻮﲰﻴﺎ‪،‬‬ ‫وﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﻳُﻔﻀﻞ اﻟﺘﺄﻛﺪ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ اﻟﻘﻨﺼﻠﻴﺎت‪.‬‬ ‫ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺔ اﳊﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ إﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﺳﻴﺎﺣﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﳝﻜﻨﻜﻢ زﺎﻳرة اﳌﻮاﻗﻊ اﻹﻟﻜﱰوﻧﻴﺔ أو اﳌﻜﺎﺗﺐ اﻟﺘﺎﺑﻌﺔ‬ ‫ﻟﻠﺴﻔﺎرات اﻟﱰﻛﻴﺔ ﰲ ﺑﻠﺪﻛﻢ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺔ ﺄﺗﺳﻴﺲ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﰲ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺎ‬ ‫ﻧﺸﺮ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن اﻟﺘﺠﺎري اﻟﱰﻛﻲ اﳉﺪﻳﺪ ﰲ اﳉﺮﻳﺪة اﻟﺮﲰﻴﺔ ﰲ‬ ‫‪ ١٤‬ﻓﱪاﻳﺮ‪/‬ﺷﺒﺎط ‪ ٢٠١١‬وﻫﻮ ﺑﺮﻗﻢ ‪ ،٦١٠٢‬وﺑﺪأ ﺳﺮﺎﻳﻧﻪ‬ ‫ﰲ ‪ ١‬ﻳﻮﻟﻴﻮ‪ /‬ﲤﻮز ‪.٢٠١٢‬‬ ‫واﳍﺪف اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻲ ﳍﺬا اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن ﻫﻮ اﻻﻟﺘﺰام ﺎﺑﳌﻌﺎﻳﲑ اﻟﺪوﻟﻴﺔ‬ ‫وﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ إدارة اﳌﺆﺳﺴﺎت واﻟﺘﺸﺠﻴﻊ رؤوس اﻷﻣﻮال اﳋﺎﺻﺔ‬ ‫وﻋﺮض اﻷﺳﻬﻢ ﻟﻠﺸﻌﺐ واﻟﺸﻔﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﰲ اﻷﻋﻤﺎل اﻹدارﻳﺔ‪،‬‬ ‫واﻟﻨﻬﻮض ﺄﺑﺟﻮاء اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﰲ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺎ ﻟﺘﺼﻞ إﱃ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬ ‫اﻷوروﰊ‪.‬‬ ‫وﻫﺬﻩ ﻫﻲ أﻫﻢ اﻟﺘﻐﻴﲑات اﻟﱵ ﻃﺮأت ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن اﻟﺘﺠﺎري‬ ‫اﻟﱰﻛﻲ‪:‬‬

‫ﻧﻈﺎم رأس اﳌﺎل اﳌﺴﺠﻞ‬ ‫اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن اﳉﺪﻳﺪ ﻳﺘﺒﲎ رؤوس اﻷﻣﻮال اﳌﺴﺠﻠﺔ ﰲ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎت‬ ‫دون أن ﺗﻌﻠﻦ ﻟﻠﻨﺎس‪ ،‬وﻳﺘﻴﺢ ﻓﺮﺻﺔ اﻻﺳﺘﻔﺎدة ﻣﻦ زﺎﻳدة رأس‬ ‫اﳌﺎل اﻟﻨﺎﲨﺔ ﻋﻦ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻨﻈﺎم‪ .‬وﻫﺬا ﻳﺼﺐ ﰲ ﺻﺎﱀ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎت‬ ‫اﻷﺟﻨﺒﻴﺔ اﻟﱵ ﺗﺰﻳﺪ ﻣﻦ رأﲰﺎﳍﺎ ﻣﻦ دون ﻣﺸﻘﺔ اﻹﺟﺮاءات‬ ‫اﻟﺮﲰﻴﺔ وﻳﻮﻓﺮ ﻣﺼﺎرﻳﻒ اﻟﺴﻔﺮ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻃﺮﻳﻘﺔ اﻟﺸﺮاﻛﺔ‬ ‫اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن اﻟﺘﺠﺎري اﻟﱰﻛﻲ ﻳﺘﻴﺢ إﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺔ اﻟﺸﺮاﻛﺔ ﰲ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎت‬ ‫اﳌﺴﺎﳘﺔ واﶈﺪودة‪.‬‬ ‫وﻛﺎن اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن اﻟﻘﺪﱘ ﻳﻔﺮض وﺟﻮد ‪ ٥‬ﺷﺮﻛﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷﻗﻞ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫أﺟﻞ ﺄﺗﺳﻴﺲ ﺷﺮﻛﺎت ﻣﺴﺎﳘﺔ‪ ،‬وﺷﺮﻳﻜﲔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷﻗﻞ ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ‬ ‫اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎت اﶈﺪودة‪ .‬أﻣﺎ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن اﳉﺪﻳﺪ ﻓﻘﺪ أﻟﻐﻰ ذﻟﻚ اﻟﺸﺮط‬ ‫وأﺻﺒﺢ ﺈﺑﻣﻜﺎن ﻃﺮف وﺣﻴﺪ ﺄﺗﺳﻴﺲ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ واﻣﺘﻼﻛﻬﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ﳎﻠﺲ إدارة اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎت‬ ‫اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن اﻟﺘﺠﺎري اﻟﱰﻛﻲ اﳉﺪﻳﺪ أﻟﻐﻰ ﺷﺮط ﲢﺪﻳﺪ ﻋﺪد أﻋﻀﺎء‬ ‫ﳎﻠﺲ اﻹدارة ﺑـ‪ ٣‬أﻋﻀﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷﻗﻞ وﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﺘﺸﻜﻴﻞ اﺠﻤﻟﻠﺲ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ ﺷﺨﺺ واﺣﺪ ﻓﻘﻂ‪ .‬وﻫﺬا ﻣﺎ ﻳﺴﻬﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ اﳌﺴﺘﺜﻤﺮﻳﻦ‬ ‫اﻷﺟﺎﻧﺐ أﻋﻤﺎﳍﻢ ﻷﻧﻪ ﻳﻐﲏ ﻋﻦ ﺗﻜﺎﻟﻴﻒ ﺳﻔﺮ اﻷﻋﻀﺎء‬ ‫ﻟﻠﺤﻀﻮر ﰲ اﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎع ﻣﻦ دول ﳐﺘﻠﻔﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﺣﻘﻮق اﳌﻠﻜﻴﺔ اﻟﻔﻜﺮﻳﺔ‬ ‫ﳝﻜﻦ إﻳﺪاع اﳌﻠﻜﻴﺔ اﻟﻔﻜﺮﻳﺔ )اﻟﻜﺘﺐ واﻟﻮﺎﺛﺋﻖ وﺑﺮاءات‬ ‫اﻻﺧﱰاع وﻏﲑﻫﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻧﺘﺎج اﳉﻬﻮد اﻟﻔﻜﺮﻳﺔ( ﻛﺮؤوس اﻷﻣﻮال‬ ‫وذﻟﻚ ﻳﺘﻄﻠﺐ إﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﻧﻘﻠﻬﺎ وأداﺋﻬﺎ ﻧﻘﺪا‪.‬‬ ‫ﲡﺎوز ﺣﺪود اﻟﺼﻼﺣﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻛﺎن ﰲ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن اﻟﻘﺪﱘ ﻧﺺ‬ ‫ﻣﻔﺎدﻩ‪» :‬ﳛﻖ ﻟﻠﺸﺮﻛﺎت اﻟﺘﺠﺎرﻳﺔ‬ ‫أن ﲢﺼﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ أرﺎﺑح أو ﲢﺼﻞ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻘﺮوض وﻓﻘﺎ ﳌﺎ ﻫﻮ‬ ‫ﻣﻜﺘﻮب ﰲ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻲ‬ ‫ﻓﻘﻂ‪ .‬وﻛﻞ إﺟﺮاء ﻻ ﻳﻨﺺ‬

‫ﻋﻠﻴﻪ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻳﻌﺘﱪ ﰲ ﺣﻜﻢ اﳌﻠﻐﻲ«‪ .‬إﻻ أن ﻫﺬا‬ ‫اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن ﻗﺪ ﰎ إﻟﻐﺎؤﻩ ﰲ ‪ ١‬ﻳﻮﻧﻴﻮ‪/‬ﺣﺰﻳﺮان ‪٢٠١٢‬‬ ‫وﺑﺬﻟﻚ أﺻﺒﺢ ﺈﺑﻣﻜﺎن اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎت اﻷﺟﻨﺒﻴﺔ إﺟﺮاء‬ ‫أﻋﻤﺎل ﻏﲑ ﻣﻨﺼﻮص ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﰲ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻲ‬ ‫ﻟﻠﺸﺮﻛﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺄﺗﺳﻴﺲ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻞ ﰲ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺎ‬ ‫ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺎ ﺗﺆﻣﻦ ﺟﻮا ﻣﻼﺋﻤﺎ ﻟﻠﻐﺎﻳﺔ‬ ‫ﺎﺑﻟﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﺘﺜﻤﺮﻳﻦ اﻷﺟﺎﻧﺐ‬ ‫ﰲ ﻇﻞ اﻹﺻﻼﺣﺎت اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫وﳝﻜﻦ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﺘﺜﻤﺮ اﻷﺟﻨﱯ ﺄﺗﺳﻴﺲ‬ ‫ﺷﺮﻛﺔ ﺧﻼل ﻳﻮم واﺣﺪ ﺑﻐﺾ‬ ‫اﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﻋﻦ ﺟﻨﺴﻴﺘﻪ أو ﻣﻜﺎن إﻗﺎﻣﺘﻪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺄﺗﺳﻴﺲ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ ﺧﻼل ﻳﻮم واﺣﺪ ﰲ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺎ‬ ‫ﳝﻜﻦ ﺄﺗﺳﻴﺲ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ ﺧﻼل ﻳﻮم واﺣﺪ ﻋﱪ‬ ‫ﺗﻘﺪﱘ اﻟﻮﺎﺛﺋﻖ اﻟﻼزﻣﺔ وﻣﺮاﺟﻌﺔ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺔ اﻟﺴﺠﻞ‬ ‫اﻟﺘﺠﺎري‪ .‬وﻳﺘﻢ ﺄﺗﺳﻴﺲ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﺎﺑﻟﺘﻮﻗﻴﻊ ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫ﺗﻌﻬﺪ اﳌﺆﺳﺴﲔ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﲔ وﺳﺪاد ﻛﺎﻣﻞ رأس‬ ‫اﳌﺎل‪ ،‬وﺗﻘﺪﱘ اﻟﻮﺎﺛﺋﻖ ﻟﻜﺎﺗﺐ اﻟﻌﺪل‪ ،‬ﺣﻴﺚ‬ ‫ﻳﻌﺮﺑﻮن ﻋﻦ ﻧﻴﺘﻬﻢ ﺑﺘﺄﺳﻴﺲ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ ﻣﺴﺎﳘﺔ‪ .‬وﺑﻌﺪ‬ ‫اﻟﺘﺴﺠﻴﻞ ﰲ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺔ اﻟﺴﺠﻞ اﻟﺘﺠﺎري ﺗﻨﺎل اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ‬ ‫ﺻﻔﺔ اﻟﺮﲰﻴﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫أﻧﻮاع اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎت‬ ‫أﻧﻮاع اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎت اﻟﱵ ﲤﺜﻞ ﺷﺨﺼﻴﺔ اﻋﺘﺒﺎرﻳﺔ‪:‬‬ ‫ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ اﳌﺴﺎﳘﺔ‬‫ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ اﶈﺪودة‬‫ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ اﻟﺘﻮﺻﻴﺔ اﻟﺒﺴﻴﻄﺔ‬‫ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ اﳉﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ‬‫‪ -‬اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﺎوﻧﻴﺔ‬

‫ﻫﻞ ﳝﻜﻦ اﳊﺼﻮل‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ اﳉﻨﺴﻴﺔ اﻟﱰﻛﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﰲ ﺣﺎل ﺷﺮاء ﺑﻴﺖ؟‬

‫ﻻ‪ .‬وﻟﻜﻦ ﳝﻜﻦ ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﺔ‬ ‫اﳌﻮﻗﻊ اﻹﻟﻜﱰوﱐ اﻟﺘﺎﱄ‬ ‫ﻟﻼﻃﻼع ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﻔﺎﺻﻴﻞ‪.‬‬

‫اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ اﳌﺴﺎﳘﺔ‬ ‫وﻫﻲ ﺗﺘﻜﻮن ﻣﻦ ﻋﺪة‬ ‫ﺷﺮﻛﺎء ﻳﺘﻌﻬﺪ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ‬ ‫ﺎﺑﳌﺴﺆوﻟﻴﺔ ﻋﻦ ﺳﻬﻤﻪ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫رأس اﳌﺎل‪ ،‬ﲝﻴﺚ ﻳﺴﺪد‬ ‫اﳌﺴﺎﳘﻮن أﺳﻬﻤﻬﻢ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫رأس اﳌﺎل‪ ،‬وﻳﺘﻢ ﺄﺗﺳﻴﺲ‬ ‫اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ اﳌﺴﺎﳘﺔ ﺑﻮﺟﻮد‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺎﻫﻢ واﺣﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫اﻷﻗﻞ ﺳﻮاء ﻛﺎن ﺷﺨﺼﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﺣﻘﻴﻘﻴﺔ أو ﺷﺨﺼﻴﺔ‬ ‫اﻋﺘﺒﺎرﻳﺔ وﻳُﺸﱰط أﻻ ﻳﻘﻞ‬ ‫رأس اﳌﺎل ﻋﻦ ‪ ٥٠‬أﻟﻒ‬ ‫ﻟﲑة ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺔ‪ .‬وﻻ ﺑﺪ ﻣﻦ وﺟﻮد‬ ‫اﳉﻤﻌﻴﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻮﻣﻴﺔ أو ﳎﻠﺲ‬ ‫اﻹدارة‪.‬‬

‫اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ اﶈﺪودة‬ ‫اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ اﶈﺪودة ﺗﺘﺄﻟﻒ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮﻳﻚ واﺣﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫اﻷﻗﻞ )ﺣﻘﻴﻘﻲ أو اﻋﺘﺒﺎري(‪ ،‬وﺗﺘﺤﺪد ﻣﺴﺆوﻟﻴﺔ‬ ‫اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎء ﺑﺮأس اﳌﺎل‪ ،‬وﳚﺐ أﻻ ﻳﻘﻞ رأس اﳌﺎل ﻋﻦ‬ ‫‪ ١٠‬آﻻف ﻟﲑة ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺷﺮﻛﺔ اﻟﺘﻮﺻﻴﺔ اﻟﺒﺴﻴﻄﺔ‬ ‫وﻫﻲ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﻬﺑﺪف ﺗﺸﻐﻴﻞ ﳏﻞ ﲡﺎري‬ ‫ﲢﺖ اﺳﻢ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ ﲡﺎرﻳﺔ‪ ،‬وﺗﻜﻮن ﻣﺴﺆوﻟﻴﺎت ﺑﻌﺾ‬ ‫اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎء ﳏﺪودة ﺑﺮأس اﳌﺎل‪ ،‬وﺗﻜﻮن ﺻﻼﺣﻴﺎت‬ ‫ﺷﺮﻛﺎء آﺧﺮﻳﻦ ﻏﲑ ﳏﺪودة‪ .‬وﻻ ﻳُﺸﱰط ﻣﻘﺪار‬ ‫ﻣﻌﲔ ﰲ ﲢﺪﻳﺪ رأس اﳌﺎل‪ .‬وﺗﺘﺤﺪد ﻣﺴﺆوﻟﻴﺎت‬ ‫اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎء ﰲ ﻋﻘﺪ اﻟﺘﺄﺳﻴﺲ‪.‬‬ ‫اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ اﳉﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ‬ ‫وﻫﻲ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺄﺗﺳﻴﺴﻬﺎ ﺑﻐﻴﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﲢﺖ اﺳﻢ‬
