Male and female volunteers 20-39 years old who have difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or who feel unrested after sleeping and volunteers without sleep difficulties are needed for a sleep research study at the VA and Duke Medical Centers. Volunteers will receive thorough sleep evaluations and will not be charged for any of the procedures during the research study. Individuals completing the study will be paid $325 tor their participation. Individuals who are medically healthy and not taking medications for anxiety or mood disorders may qualify.
