In this one-and-a-half-day intensive workshop, you’ll move beyond AI theory and explore how to use ChatGPT and other generative AI tools to streamline processes, spark innovation, and solve strategic problems. You’ll leave with the skills and confidence to integrate AI into your daily workflow and decision-making.
WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Many business leaders are overwhelmed by AI hype but underprepared to act. Most don’t understand how to strategically deploy AI and their teams are wasting time chasing shiny tools without clear ROI
In this hybrid, 1 5-day intensive workshop, you’ll move beyond AI theory and step into relevant applications Led by faculty expert Nick Machol, this workshop will deepen your understanding of generative AI especially ChatGPT and give you the space to practice using it in real-world business scenarios
On day 1, you’ll learn how to craft more effective prompts, refine your approach through iteration, and apply AI tools directly to your own business challenges. Expect to test, tweak, refine and repeat techniques throughout the session leaving with a personalized AI toolkit you can put to work immediately. Between sessions, you’ll complete a short assignment designed to reinforce your learning and on day 2 you’ll regroup online to share outcomes, exchange insights, and expand upon strategies for integrating AI into your work.

Nick Machol is a faculty member at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, where he teaches courses on innovation, technology, and leadership He brings a strong background in engineering, consulting, and entrepreneurship, with expertise in emerging technologies including artificial intelligence
