BRANDING

MAKING WAVES I was given the oppurtunity to rebrand a sailing company in the Western Isles (UK). I had to consider certain brand values when approaching the problem and visual styling. I considered professionalism, safety, fun and establishment.

COLOUR BLINDNESS

Being colour blind as a Graphic Designer can often be challenging, I wanted to typographically design a source of information that provides the basics of colour blindness in the form of a book. I divided the book into three core chapters, an introduction followed by types of colour blindness and X & Y chromosones.

NATIONAL WAR MUSEUM For this project I chose to redesign the National War Museum in Scotland to see if I can keep its brand values whilst having some fun experimenting with a fun, energetic and youthful style. I wanted to attract more visitors to the museum through my rebrand and corporate identity.

WEB DESIGN

THOMAS ARMSTRONG I was required to design a fresh, contemporary website design. The design needed to highlight TARE’s ability to deliver clear, appropriate advice and information; and the quality of service and the reliability, experience and confidence associated with the Thomas Armstrong brand which has a trading history of over 180 years in Cumbria (UK).

FORM MAGAZINE

I was asked to produce a new leading-edge magazine who’s aim is to be aspirational with subversive tendencies. Its content had to cover a diverse mix of topics, appealling to those working in the creative industries, aged 20-25.
