Para fortalecer la confianza de nuestros trabajadores, en el 2013 desarrollamos un programa denominado Conversemos, por medio del cual creamos un espacio de acercamiento entre el área de recursos humanos y los colaboradores, para conocer cómo se sienten ellos dentro de la compañía. Este programa busca fortalecer el relacionamiento y la construcción de confianza.

To strengthen the confidence of our workers, in 2013 we developed a program known as LET’S TALK, where we provide the opportunity for meetings between the human resources department and our workers, enabling us to get to know how they feel within the company. This program seeks to strengthen relationships and build trust.
