In a shaker, add tequila, St. Germain liqueur, cranberry juice, and lime juice; shake. Double strain into an Old-Fashioned glass with gourmet ice, rimmed with activated charcoal. Finish by sprinkling activated charcoal on the surface and garnish with a skewer of cranberries and a dehydrated lime wheel.
