History Of Our Origins The foundation stone of M/S Chhaganlal Dharamchand Shah was led in april of 1969 by late Shri Chhaganlal Dharamchand Shah and late Shri Sagarmal Ganeshmal Shah which started with iron and steel scrap trading business from mills all over india.

The company expanded in pipes and tubular sector Commenced dealing with industries.

In a couple of decades, the range of pipes and tubes got diversified in od schedule sizes due to involvement in import business. The company expanded metal product range, imported goods in steel, engaged in wholesale-retail business with improved finished metal products.

The company recently advanced in specification of pipe grades, large sizes of pipes and tubing and expaned product range with numerous metal and materials. The company started manufacturing L-SAW and H-SAW pipes through job work.

In 2019

At present, M/S CD Shah has earned trust and respect with work ethics in ferrous and non-ferrous metal pipes and tubes.

The second genertion of M/s CD SHAH, Mr. Sureshkumar Chhaganlal Shah and Mr. Kalpeshkumar Chhaganlal Shah inherited the busniess after Late Mr. Chhaganlal Dharamchand Shah and third generation Mr. Vaibhav Sureshkumar Shah contributes to maintain the legacy of the company.

Trend Setters Mr. Vaibhav Sureshkumar Shah Pioneer of CDS Fabrication with 6-years of experience in the field. Mr. Vaibhav Shah is a millennial young mind holding Bachelors of Technology in the field of Metallurgical Engineering.

Back Bone of CDS Fab Mr. Sureshkumar Chhaganlal Shah The Director/Partner of M/s Chhaganlal Dharamchand Shah with work experince of more than 35 years. Mr Sureshkumar Shah was born in early 70’s and hold Bachlore’s degree in Commerce.

Mr. Kalpeshkumar Chhaganlal Shah The Director/Partner of M/s Chhaganlal Dharamchand Shah with work experince of nearly 17 years. Mr Kalpeshkumar Shah was born in early 80’s and holds Masters degree in Finace Management.

Features of Metal Fabrication

Welding

The process of welding joins two similar metals together in simple or complex structures. There are various welding processes carried out depending on the material.

Cutting

The process slits various metals apart in any desired shape and size, Cutting can be carried out through Hexo-cutter, Gas cutting, Plasma cutting, CNC cutting, laser cutting, and so on depending on the size and geometry of the metal piece.

Machining

The process involves hammering the metal into desired curvature or shape as the finishing touch to the metal product according to the requirements.

Prototyping

The prototype is considered as a base for shaping the final product out of any type of material into desired and precise curvature.

Moulding

The process in which metal or alloy undergoes a chemical change to structure itself into the final product shape and size without cutting or welding. Moulding can be carried out with the liquid metal poured into desired shape and geometry.

Fitting

As the name suggests, fitting is an amalgamation of all the processes and methods to meet the context and client requirements.
