Managers’ Message
I extend a warm welcome to everyone associated with Clydach FC and hope you enjoy our hospitality today.
This occasion also provides an opportunity to bid farewell to our midfield maestro, Callum Beckett, who is embarking on an incredible one-way journey around the world. Callum has been a cornerstone of our success over the past two seasons, demonstrating unmatched dedication and professionalism. His absence will be deeply felt, but I am thrilled that he has the chance to pursue his dream. Best wishes Callum, make the most of every moment!
Additionally, I am delighted to officially welcome Clayton Farrah to our club from Caerau Ely FC. Clayton is a player I have admired for years and have long hoped to bring on board. His tenacity and skill will undoubtedly strengthen our squad.
Reflecting on recent events, we were eager to recover from our loss to Ynyshir two weeks ago but were thwarted by adverse weather conditions that postponed the game. Today, we face Clydach once more in what promises to be a challenging match.
Off the pitch, we have made significant strides in upgrading our facilities to secure our Tier 2 license. While we remain optimistic, a contingency plan is in place should unforeseen circumstances arise.
With beautiful weather gracing us today, I hope you thoroughly enjoy the game. Don’t forget to join us afterward at the Community Centre for refreshments and camaraderie.
