‫ وال زال أهالي أبوظبي يذكرونة حتى اآلن‬،‫ وقد أحبته العامة والخاصة‬،‫اشتهر الشيخ حمدان بن زايد بالسماحة والكرم‬ ‫ وكان عالما بأمور الدين‬، ‫ فقد كان وال زال حمدان بسيرته العطره نسخة من شخصيه والده زايد الكبير‬،‫بكل خير‬ ‫ وقضاة للسوق‬،‫ فجعل قضاة للشرع واألحوال الشخصية‬، ‫ وفي عهده تم تخصيص القضاة وتقسيمهم إلى فئات‬،‫والشريعه‬ ‫ وقضاة وممثلين له في بعض جزر‬،‫ وقضاة للبحر ومهنة الغوص والتجارة البحرية واألسفار‬، ‫واألمور التجارية‬ ‫ باإلضافة إلى قضاة المناطق الشرقية والغربية من أبوظبي‬، ‫أبوظبي‬

Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan Ruler of Abu Dhabi 1912 – 1922 Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed was well known for his kindness and generosity; everyone admired him and has been always remembered by the people of Abu Dhabi for all that is good. It was Hamdan’s biography a copy of the pure character of his father Zayed the First.

He was an expert in matters of religion and law. During his time judges were allocated and divided into classes, judges for personal affairs, market and trade matters judges, sea and diving judges, maritime trade and travel judges, and assigned representative judges in some islands of Abu Dhabi, as well as the eastern and western parts of Abu Dhabi.

‫المغفور له بإذن هللا تعالى‬ ‫الشيخ طحنون بن زايد آل نهيان‬ ١٩١٢ – ١٩٠٩ ‫حاكم أبوظبي‬ ‫ واعتمد كثيرا علي المحيطيين به من أصحاب والده من قضاه ومشايخ دين‬، ‫سار الشيخ طحنون بن زايد علي نهج والده‬ ‫ إذ شارك أهل أبوظبي مشاركة‬، ‫ وقد سعدت إمارة أبوظبي في عهد برخاء إقتصادي ال مثيل له‬، ‫ووجهاد وشيوخ قبائل‬ ‫ وقد أمر بزيادة عدد قضاة البحر الذين كانوا المحكمين بين التجار والغاصة وهم‬، ‫كبيرة في أعمال الغوص والتجارة‬ ‫ المعروفين باسم “السالفة” منهم يوسف بن أحمد والد عمير بن يوسف وعبدهللا الصيري‬، ‫قضاة البحر والسفر‬

Sheikh Tanoon Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Ruler of Abu Dhabi 1909 - 1912 Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed the approach of his father and relied greatly on those around his father of judges, sheikhs and elders. At these times, Abu Dhabi witnessed an era of remarkable economic prosperity, as the people of Abu Dhabi’s had exceptionally participated in diving and trade. In return, he ordered an increase in the number judges of the sea, who used to judge between traders and the divers, “Al Salfa” they were called, such as Omair bin Yousef’s father; Yousef bin Ahmed and Abdullah Al Siri.

‫المغفور له بإذن هللا تعالى‬ ‫الشيخ زايد بن خليفة آل نهيان‬ ١٩٠٩-١٨٥٥ ‫حاكم أبوظبي‬ ‫ بسط حكمه وسلطانه علي المنطقه الممتدة من حدود قطر‬، ‫ ومن أشهر حكام المنطقة في زمانه‬، ‫أمير بني ياس‬ ‫ وكان عصره عصر تأسيس القضاة في أبوظبي وقد مارس‬، ‫ وعمها بالعدل واألمن واألمان‬، ‫والسعودية إلي حدود عمان‬ ‫ كما أحاط نفسه بالعديد من القضاة وشيوخ العلم والوجهاد‬، ‫القضاد بنفسه من خالل مجلسه اليومي أمام قصر الحصن‬ ، ‫ كما جعا قضاة على المناطق الغربية والشرقية إلمارة أبوظبي‬، ‫ ويرجع إليهم في قضائه وأحكامه‬، ‫وشيوخ القبائل‬ ‫ كما أحاطه العديد من القضاه الذين وفدوا إلى أبوظبي من دبي واألحساد‬، ‫يمثلونه ويقضون بين أهالي تلك المناطق‬ ‫واليمن وعمان وفارس‬

Sheikh Zayed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan Ruler of Abu Dhabi 1855 - 1909 The prince of Bani Yas, one of the most famous rulers of the region and his time. He ruled the area from the edge of Qatar and Saudi Arabia to the borders of Oman. Justice, safety and peace surrounded the area. His era witnessed establishing the judiciary of Abu Dhabi.

He exercised justice through his daily council in front of Al-Hosn Palace. He kept many judges, elders of wisdom, community leaders and tribal elders by his side as references for his judgments and ruling matters. He assigned judge for the western and eastern areas of the emirate of Abu Dhabi, to represent him and serve among the people of these areas.

Many judges approached him in Abu Dhabi from Dubai, Al Ahsa, Yemen, Oman and Persia.

‫المغفور له بإذن هللا تعالى‬ ‫الشيخ سلطان بن زايد آل نهيان‬ ١٩٢٧-١٩٢٢ ‫حاكم أبوظبي‬ ‫ وكان أحد‬، ‫ عينه والده ممثال له في مدينة العين‬، ‫ واتسم بالعلم والحلم‬، ‫اشتهر الشيخ سلطان بن زايد بالشجاعة والحكمة‬ ، ‫ وقد إستطاع غير مرة أن يصلح بين القبائل واإلمارات المجاورة‬، ‫المحكمين والقضاة بين قبائل وإمارات المنطقه‬ ‫ وله الكثير من القصائد التي‬، ‫ وكان مولعا بالدين واألدب والثقافه‬، ‫وأعاد الهدود إلى المنطقه والصفاء إلى النفوس‬ ‫ وقد أبدى الشيخ‬، ‫ وكان العلماء واألداء والشعراء يحيطون به ويرتادون مجلسه اليومي ليال ونهارا‬، ‫سطرتها الدواوين‬ ‫ وأمر بحفر فلج المويجعي بمدينة العين‬، ‫فزاد النشاط الزراعي >سلطان بن زايد اهتماما واسعا بأمور الزراعه والري‬ ‫ وعين قاضيا لإلشراف على إدارة األفالج وتقسيم حصص المياة فيها‬، ‫في المدينة‬

Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan Ruler of Abu Dhabi 1922 - 1927 Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed was famous for his courage, wisdom, knowledge and tolerance. His father appointed him as his representative in Al Ain. He was one of the arbitrators and judges among the tribes and the nearby emirates, he managed to reconcile between tribes and surrounding emirates for more than once, and restored quietness to the region and serenity to people. He was fond of religion, literature and culture. He wrote poems and had scholars, writers and poets around him attending to his daily council. Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed had shown a wide interest in matters of agriculture and irrigation, ordered the digging of Falaj Al Mowejea in Al Ain to increase agricultural activity in the city, and appointed a judge to supervise the springs and the division of water quotas.
