If you have a physical condition that could limit your ability to hear emergency alarms and subsequent public address broadcasts, or limit your ability to evacuate via stairwells, please press to inform

FIRE SAFETY

The hotel is tted with fully automated re and smoke detection, alert and sprinkler systems. In the event of a re alarm, the Fire Brigade is alerted by a manual call, regardless of cause. Additionally, DoubleTree Team Members are trained in emergency response procedures.

IF YOU DISCOVER A FIRE

Do not panic. Please press EMERGENCY on any telephones to alert DoubleTree Team Members. Please evacuate via the nearest re exit route. Please remember to avoid using the lifts.

IF THE FIRE ALARM IS ACTIVATED

In the event of beeping alert, please prepare to evacuate. If there is a whooping alert, immediate evacuation is required. Do not panic and listen carefully for instructions via the public address system. If instructed to evacuate, take your room key with you. Only use the stairwells, and if smoke is present, stay low and crawl to the re exit. If evacuation via the stairs is impossible, return immediately to your room and press EMERGENCY to inform Team Members of your location.

ROOM SAFETY

A personal safety box is conveniently located in your wardrobe. Placing all valuables inside for the duration of your stay is recommended. However, the hotel shall not accept any liability for loss or damage to any personal belongings. Operating instructions are provided on the exterior of the box.
