Method: 1.
In a medium bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Add as much or as little dried lavender to achieve desired look. Whisk to combine.
2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. 3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones very slowly. (This is very important; otherwise you will activate the citric acid which is used to create the f izzing effect.) Mix until combined, and the ingredients look like wet sand. 4. Fill each half of the mould, packing the mixture in slightly until it's overflowing. Press the halves together f irmly. Let the f illed mould sit for one minute. Lightly tap the mould and gently pull it apart to remove the bath bomb. Let the bath bombs dry for 24 hours before enjoying in the tub.

Combine the dry ingredients in a large ceramic mixing bowl and stir well.
2. Add the essential oil and stir to combine. Using a spritz bottle spray a little water and incorporate immediately (you don’t want them to f izz). You can add water using a teaspoon. 3. For perfect shower melts you need to add the right amount of water. The mix should feel like damp sand and be wet enough to hold its shape when pressed together. If too dry, the melts will be crumbly and fall apart.

4. Fill a silicone mould with the mix. Press f irmly into the mould using your f inger tips especially around the edges.

Method: 1.
Bring 5 cups of water to a near-boil on the stove and remove f rom the heat.
2. Combine 3 cups of hot water with baking soda and washing soda and stir until completely dissolved. 3. Add the liquid Castile soap and stir until well combined. 4. Slowly add the last 2 cups of hot water for an even mix, then let cool to room temperature. 5. Add the essential oil to the cooled mix. 6. Store in an easy-pour container and shake gently before each use. Use 1/3 cup of detergent per laundry load.

2-4 drops Roman chamomile essential oil

250 ml water

2 tablespoons of green clay

If your skin is dry, add a little Fractionated Coconut Oil
Preparation: 1.
Add the Roman Chamomile essential oil to the water.
2. Gradually incorporate two tablespoons of the Roman Chamomile water into the green clay until a creamy paste is obtained. 3. Wash your face before applying the mask. How to Use it: Apply the mask directly to the face in a thick layer and gently massaging. Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes until the paste begins to dry. Rinse with the rest of the Roman Chamomile water and then with cold water. You can apply this mask once a week. For results, avoid direct contact of the mixture with metal. Preferably use stainless steel, glass or ceramic bowl for mixing.
