Heart for Excellence & One Mind Festival 2012 The Second Annual “Heart for Excellence – One Mind Festival” was held on April 7, 2012 at Doosan Vina and attended by the company’s 2,000 plus employees. Also attending were a selection of invited VIP guests and handpicked celebrities that were brought in to entertain the VIP’s and the employees at the event. Declaring the event open Mr. Ryu challenged the participants to have a fun and safe day and to keep the spirit and purpose of the event in mind throughout the day. The purpose of the event was to promote teamwork, a mindset of unity and spirit that would transfer from the playing field and the stage into the workplace thru a day of games, sports and entertainment.
