rước những thách thức của tình trạng biến đổi khí hậu toàn cầu cũng như sự thay đổi thị hiếu của khách hàng, Doosan đã tiến hành một số đổi mới đáng kể, trước hết là logo nhận diện thương hiệu của Tập đoàn và tên của một chi nhánh từ Doosan Heavy Industries & Constructions thành Doosan Enerbility (Công ty mẹ của Doosan Enerbility Việt Nam, gọi tắt là Doosan Vina).

Tên mới cũng bao hàm những thay đổi về mặt sản xuất. "Enerbility" là sự kết hợp chặt chẽ giữa từ “Energy” (Năng lượng) và “Sustainability” (Bền vững), thể hiện sự cam kết làm cuộc sống của con người trở nên tốt đẹp hơn và góp phần biến trái đất thành một hành tinh xanh sạch hơn bằng các công nghệ năng lượng thân thiện và bền vững. Ngoài phát triển các sản phẩm chủ lực về cẩu trục cảng biển, mô-đun, kết cấu thép, ...Doosan Vina đang chuẩn bị để tham gia vào thị trường điện gió ngoài khơi, pin nhiên liệu và hydrocacbon. Nhờ thúc đẩy các phong trào thi đua, đổi mới sáng tạo cũng như xây dựng chiến lược phát triển phù hợp với xu hướng của thời đại, Doosan Vina đã và đang hiện thực và áp dụng các sáng kiến, công nghệ vào sản xuất để vừa nâng cao năng suất, chất lượng sản phẩm vừa đảm bảo an toàn sức khỏe cho NLĐ. Ngoài ra, thông tin về hoạt động sản xuất, xuất khẩu, an toàn, đào tạo, vui chơi giải trí, ...diễn ra trong 2 tháng vừa qua cũng được cập nhật đầy đủ trong số báo này.

ừng bước bắt kịp xu hướng đổi mới trong môi trường kinh doanh cũng như định hướng và chiến lược phát triển trong tương lai, Hội đồng thành viên Công ty TNHH Công nghiệp Nặng Doosan Việt Nam đã quyết định thay đổi tên công ty thành Công ty TNHH Doosan Enerbility Việt Nam (viết tắt là Doosan Vina) kể từ ngày 26/4/2022 sau khi công ty mẹ ở Hàn Quốc (Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction) đổi tên thành Doosan Enerbility vào ngày 29/3/2022. "Enerbility" là sự kết hợp chặt chẽ giữa hai từ “Energy” (Năng lượng) và “Sustainability” (Bền vững), thể hiện sự cam kết và khát vọng làm phong phú thêm cuộc sống của con người trở nên tốt đẹp hơn và góp phần biến trái đất thành một hành tinh xanh sạch hơn bằng các công nghệ năng lượng thân thiện và bền vững. Đây cũng là mục tiêu tạo ra các sản phẩm mang giá trị kinh doanh cốt lỗi mà Doosan đang hướng đến. "Thị hiếu và xu hướng về năng lượng toàn cầu cũng như môi trường kinh doanh thay đổi buộc các doanh nghiệp cũng phải thay đổi theo, phải đa dạng hóa danh mục sản phẩm mới có thể tồn tại và phát triển bền vững. Như một điều tất yếu, việc đổi tên công ty là để phù hợp hơn với định hướng kinh doanh mới của chúng tôi." Tổng giám đốc Doosan Vina Kim Hyo Tae chia sẻ. “Bên cạnh việc không ngừng nỗ lực và đổi mới để đáp ứng các yêu cầu ngày càng cao và đem đến sự hài lòng cho khách hàng dựa trên nguyên tắc đảm bảo an

toàn và chất lượng, Doosan Vina đang trong quá trình chuẩn bị để tham gia vào thị trường năng lượng mới và năng lượng tái tạo như điện gió ngoài khơi, Hydro và pin nhiên liệu.” ông Kim cho biết thêm. Ngoài thay đổi tên gọi, logo nhận diện thương hiệu với chữ Doosan được lồng ghép trong 3 khối hình vuông với 3 gam xanh khác nhau cũng đã được thay đổi bằng việc bỏ các khối hình vuông và chữ Doosan lấy màu xanh dương (endevour blue) làm chủ đạo với thông điệp “Nỗ lực hết mình cho những điều mới”. Màu xanh endevour được cho là màu của sự chủ động và tích cực, của sự quyết tâm hướng tới một thế giới mới với tư duy tích cực và khát khao thử thách, .... Những thay đổi này tạo nên một diện mạo mới mẻ và là đòn bẩy cho sự nghiệp phát triển thương hiệu cũng như danh tiếng và uy tín của Tập đoàn Doosan nói chung và Doosan Vina nói riêng, thể hiện khát vọng ngày càng vươn xa trên trường quốc tế một cách mạnh mẽ hơn. Doosan Vina nhận giấy phép đầu tư tại Việt Nam lần đầu tiên vào ngày 20/11/2006 và bắt đầu hoạt động kinh doanh từ năm 2009, chuyên về lò hơi cho các nhà máy nhiệt điện, cẩu trục cảng biển, thiết bị khử nước biển thành nước ngọt, thiết bị đốt nóng nhiên liệu đầu vào, mô-đun và kết cấu thép cho các công trình cơ sở hạ tầng, nhà máy lọc hóa dầu và công trình công nghiệp. Tính đến năm 2021, Doosan Vina đã hoàn thành 392 dự án với trọng lượng hơn 500.000 tấn và các sản phẩm của Doosan Vina hiện đang có mặt tại 35 quốc gia trên thế giới.

tep by step catching up with the innovation trend in the business environment as well as the future development orientation and strategy, the Board of members of Doosan Heavy Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd. has decided to change its name to Doosan Enerbility Vietnam Co., Ltd (Doosan Vina for short) since April 26, 2022, after the parent company in Korea (former name is Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction) changed its name to Doosan Enerbility on March 29, 2022. "Enerbility" is a strict combination of "Energy" and "Sustainability", expressing commitment and aspiration to enrich people's lives, and contribute to making the earth a cleaner and greener planet with eco-friendly and sustainable energy technologies. This is also the goal of creating products with core business values that Doosan is aiming for. "The tastes and trends in global energy as well as the changing business environment force businesses to change, they must diversify their product portfolio to survive and develop sustainably. Inevitably, the change of company name is to better match our new business direction." Doosan Vina General Director Kim Hyo Tae shared. “In addition to constantly striving and innovating to meet the increasing requirements, and bring satisfaction to customers based on the principles of ensuring safety and quality, Doosan Vina is in preparation to participate in the new and renewable

energy markets such as offshore wind power, hydrogen, and fuel cells.” Mr. Kim added. In addition to changing the name, the corporate identity logo with the word Doosan integrated into three square blocks with 3 different shades of green has also been changed by removing the square blocks and taking the endeavour blue color for the word Doosan carrying the message “Working hard on new things”. The endeavour blue is believed the color of initiative and positivity, of determination for a new world with positive thinking and a thirst for challenges, ... These changes have created a new look, and are a lever for brand development as well as the reputation and prestige of the Doosan Group in general, and Doosan Vina in particular, which demonstrates the desire to strongly reach out international arena. Doosan Vina received the investment license in Vietnam for the first time on November 20, 2006, and started its business operations in 2009, specializing in boilers for thermal power plants, port cranes, desalination plants to turn the seawater into fresh water, fired heaters, modules, and steel structures for infrastructure buildings, refineries, petrochemical plants, and industrial buildings. As of 2021, Doosan Vina has completed 392 projects with a weight of more than 500,000 tons, and Doosan Vina products are now present in 35 countries around the world.

gày 16/5/2022, TGĐ Kim Hyo Tae đã có buổi làm việc cùng Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Quảng Ngãi Đặng Văn Minh và gửi lời cảm ơn lãnh đạo tỉnh đã luôn quan tâm, hỗ trợ Doosan Vina đồng thời chia sẻ kế hoạch hợp tác với Bệnh viện Đại học Chung Ang tổ chức khám bệnh cho người dân và trao tặng trang thiết bị cho các bệnh viện của tỉnh trong thời gian tới. Trước đó, TGĐ cũng đã có buổi gặp gỡ và chúc mừng ông Hà Hoàng Việt Phương sau khi trở thành tân Trưởng BQL KKT Dung Quất và các KCN Quảng Ngãi vào ngày 11/5. Ngoài chia sẻ định hướng phát triển của công ty về mở rộng phát triển sang ngành năng lượng mới, năng lượng tái tạo như điện gió ngoài khơi, pin nhiên liệu..., TGĐ cũng đã bày tỏ mong muốn nhận được sự đồng hành, hỗ trợ và tạo điều kiện tốt nhất của tỉnh nhà. Trên cương vị mới, ông Hà Hoàng Việt Phương cho biết phía tỉnh sẽ luôn tạo điều kiện thuận lợi để các doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn phát triển ổn định. Nhân dịp này, BQL đã trao chứng nhận đầu tư mới cho Doosan Vina sau khi hoàn thành các thủ tục đăng ký thay đổi tên công ty thành Công ty TNHH Doosan Enerbility Việt Nam.

Bên cạnh tìm hiểu về môi trường kinh doanh, các sản phẩm chủ lực cùng các dự án trọng điểm mà Doosan Vina đã và đang triển khai cũng như các sán phẩm mới về điện gió ngoài khơi và pin nhiên liệu, đoàn cũng đã dành thời gian đến tham quan nhà máy MHS, Water, khu vực lắp ráp và cảng chuyên dụng trước khi kết thúc chuyến thăm.

gày 25/4, trong buổi làm việc với đoàn công tác của Tổng LĐLĐ Việt Nam và Công Đoàn KKT Dung Quất & các KCN tỉnh Quảng Ngãi, Chủ tịch Công đoàn Hà Văn Hùng đã nêu ra những thuận lợi và khó khăn trong quá trình triển khai thi hành Điều lệ Công đoàn tại đơn vị, đồng thời đưa ra một số kiến nghị về công tác tổ chức của Công đoàn cơ sở như điều chỉnh, xây dựng đa dạng hơn các nội dung có hướng bảo vệ hơn để thu hút NLĐ tham gia vào tổ chức Công Đoàn, đào tạo và bồi dưỡng về nghiệp vụ cho đội ngũ cán bộ đoàn tại doanh nghiệp, v.v. hằm đảm bảo cung cấp nguồn nước sạch phục vụ sinh hoạt cho người dân trên đảo Lý Sơn trong những tháng hè sắp tới, Doosan Vina tiếp tục hỗ trợ bảo dưỡng nhà máy lọc nước biển thành nước ngọt tại xã đảo An Bình bằng cách sửa chữa và thay thế 8 màng lọc bị hỏng, kiểm tra làm sạch hệ thống van điện cho tổ máy RO số 1, kiểm tra toàn bộ hệ thống thiết bị vận hành của tổ máy số 2 và hướng dẫn người phụ trách vận hành cần thường xuyên vệ sinh, bảo dưỡng hệ thống máy định kỳ. Trước đó, công ty đã tiến hành đợt tổng bảo trì hai tổ máy khử mặn này vào tháng 9/2020, thay các cảm biến, vệ sinh đánh gỉ, sơn sửa bảo dưỡng thiết bị đã bị oxi hóa, vô dầu mỡ cho các động cơ của máy số 1 và thay thế các cảm biến, biến tần, bơm cấp nước đầu vào, các quạt làm mát của tủ điện và vệ sinh, vô dầu mỡ cho các động cơ của máy số 2. Qua 2 đợt tổng bảo trì với tổng

kinh phí hơn 1 tỷ đồng (tương đương 46.000 USD), hiện 2 tổ máy này đã hoạt động ổn định, đạt công suất 100% (100m3/ngày đêm) khi có đủ nguồn điện vận hành.

Previously, Doosan Vina has conducted the general maintenance of these two desalination units in September 2020 by replacing sensors, cleaning rust, painting, and maintaining oxidized, greasefree equipment for the motors of unit 1, and replacing the sensors, inverter, inlet water supply pump, cooling fans of electrical and sanitary cabinets, and adding grease for the motors of unit 2. The total cost for the two maintenances was more than 1 billion VND (more than 46,000 USD). Currently, both units have operated stably with100% capacity (100m3/day.night) when input power for operation is secured.

TRAO TẶNG “NGÔI NHÀ MƠ ƯỚC” THỨ 16 CHO NLĐ Handing over the 16th “Dream House” to an employee

hương trình ngôi nhà mơ ước thứ 16 đồng hành và hiện thực hóa ước mơ của Dương Văn Tấn, bộ phận Infra/Admin bằng việc hỗ trợ 50 triệu đồng tiền mặt (trong tổng kinh phí hơn 300 triệu đồng) cùng một số vật tư và nhân công để giúp anh Tấn hoàn thiện một mái ấm cho gia đình tại làng chài thôn Phước Thiện, xã Bình Hải, huyện Bình Sơn sau khi căn nhà cũ bị sập đổ do ảnh hưởng của mưa bão và sạt lở vì triều cường dâng cao. Sau hơn 03 tháng xây dựng, căn nhà mới kiên cố rộng 96m2 đã được hoàn tất và bàn giao vào ngày 03/6/2022. Sau gần 9 năm thực hiện với tổng kinh phí lên đến 800 triệu đồng, chương trình “Dream House” đã góp phần mang đến những ngôi nhà mới khang trang và an toàn cho NLĐ, giúp họ an cư lạc nghiệp, vượt qua khó khăn và ổn định cuộc sống.

gày 08/5/2022, Doosan Vina đã xuất thành công chuyến hàng thứ 2 gồm 9 mô-đun nặng 950 tấn thuộc dự án Sarawak Methanol sang Malaysia, nâng tổng số mô-đun đã bàn giao cho khách hàng Samsung Engineering lên 18 mô-đun, nặng hơn 16.000 tấn. Sau gần 10 tháng sản xuất, hiện dự án đã đạt được khoảng 76% tiến độ. 16 mô-đun còn lại sẽ được chia thành 3 chuyến xuất hàng và lần lượt được xuất đi vào tháng 6, 9 và 11/2022. Một khi hoàn thành lắp đặt, các mô-đun này sẽ trở thành một hệ thống dẫn dầu và khí hoàn chỉnh tại nhà máy Methanol thuộc tổ hợp Nhà máy Lọc hóa dầu Sarawak, Malaysia.

Sau hơn 1 năm thực hiện, dự án đã hoàn thành được 79% sau khi bàn giao thành công 19 chuyến hàng với tổng cộng gần 26.043 tấn sản phẩm đến công trường nhà máy Nhiệt điện Jawa 9&10 tại Indonesia. Hiện hơn 6.000 tấn thiết bị còn lại của dự án như: kết cấu thép lò hơi, ống dẫn than… đã hoàn thành được 83% tiến độ chế tạo và riêng hạng mục Piping nặng gần 4.000 tấn đạt khoảng 5%. Dịp này, trường Mầm non ước mơ Doosan kết hợp với Hội phụ huynh tổ chức chương trình vui Tết thiếu nhi cho các bé tại trường. Ngoài việc được nhận những món quà ý nghĩa, các cháu còn được tham gia nhiều trò chơi thú vị và thưởng thức nhiều tiết mục văn nghệ do chính các cô và trò nhà trường biểu diễn.
