WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO FIX SEND AND RECEIVE EMAIL ISSUE IN DODO?


Among a number of email services, Dodo is one of the most sought emailing service and is used successively across the globe. This service is a complete pack of compelling features; however, users come across some issues that bring down your productivity and leave you in a hassle. Next, you have to enter port number 110 for incoming mail server and port 25 for the outgoing mail.


On incoming mail server, you need to enter “Yes” when it asks for authentication required and “No” for outgoing mail server. In the incoming mail server, it will ask you to enter the username like username: Mailbox username (without@dodo.com.au). Next, it will ask you to enter SSL and you have to write “No” for both incoming and outgoing server. Check your firewall 

If you are not able to send and receive an email then it might be an issue with firewall or antivirus that might be blocking the system. If you turn off your firewall temporarily and test if you are able to send and receive email will rule this out.


Reconnect your connection 

If these steps don’t work then reconnect your connection, it might be an issue with your connection.

Test from webmail 

Try to login to webmail at http://webmail.dodo.com.au by entering your credentials. To send an email from here, click “Check Mail” if it successfully delivers an email it means issue lies with email client on your PC.
