THREE CHEESE LASAGNA

Homemade Hamburger Helper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

2. Begin by browning the ground beef in a 10” oven safe skillet on medium and seasoning with Italian beef seasoning.

3. Once the ground beef is seasoned, add in the tomato paste and let cook for about 1-2 minutes.

4. Then add in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and pesto. If you would like to sneak in some extra veggies, before adding the tomato sauce, puree a couple of handfuls of spinach in the tomato sauce, then add to the ground beef.

5. Once the tomato products and the pesto are combined, stir in the pasta.

6. Whisk the egg and add to the ricotta. Season the ricotta and egg mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Combine the mozzarella and Parmesan.

7. Spread the ricotta mixture on the top of the beef, tomatoes, and pasta. Then top with the mozzarella and Parmesan mixture.

8. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-45 minutes until the cheese is browned on top.
