2025 PAYROLL CALENDAR

Your paycheck is important and understanding when certain deductions or changes are made and how they affect your paycheck is just as important. Dates are subject to change. Changes can take up to two payroll cycles:

• Changes to personal information found in the Do-It-Yourself links such as address, direct deposits, and tax information.

• Data submitted for part time and overtime hours.

• Benefits related changes, e.g., 401K (US) or RRSP/NRSP (Canada) qualified change in status, etc.

• To ensure year end information is correct, please check by the beginning of December to allow time for resolution before W2’s, or in Canada, T4’s, are issued.

The Experience Tracking System (ETS) houses information regarding your experience, training, and past projects and is a central part of making new project assignments. Keeping your ETS profile up to date is a critical component of advocating for yourself and for your career. Make sure you update every time you change assignments!

You will be brought to the Human Resources site where you will find the DIY links on the right side of the HR home page under the DIY image. The links have been grouped in alphabetical order into general employee links at the top and managerspecific links at the bottom.

1.Open the Apple Health app (installed on all iOS devices running iOS 8 and later - cannot be uninstalled)

2.Tap Medical ID in the bottom right corner

3.Tap Create Medical ID

4.Toggle Show When Locked to green / active

5.Add any allergies, medications, and medical conditions. Note: if you have no known allergies or aren’t taking medication, write “none” or “not known” so medical personnel don’t assume you’ve overlooked these fields.

6.Assign at least one person as your emergency contact. Note: this person must be saved in your Contacts for the Health app to access it.

Android

Depending on your phone and operating system, you may have an emergency contact feature in your phone settings. Check first under a sub-menu such as My Information. In many cases, the end result is a string of text that scrolls across your locked screen.

U.S. based Turner employees, hired after January 1, 2016 have access to identity protection services through ID Shield.

ID Shield is backed by the investigative professionals at Kroll.

Services include credit monitoring, alerts and notifications, identity consultation, restoration services, advice, and support.

Employees should receive an email from memberservices@legalshieldcorp.com with enrollment information 60 days after hired.

NEW HIRE 45-DAY & 6-MONTH SURVEYS

Welcome to Turner Construction Company! Your candid input is important to help us understand and continuously improve our hiring and on-boarding process. Our surveys should take approximately ten minutes to complete.

Please note, we conduct two new hire surveys: one at 45 days and one at 6 months, in order to capture the full on-boarding experience. We encourage you to participate in both surveys in order to help us continue to improve, as an effective onboarding program helps new employees identify with the company, feel a sense of belonging, and assimilate to the job quickly and smoothly.

On the final page you will need to click “Submit Survey” once you have completed the questions for your survey to be submitted to Qualtrics.

• This internet survey is located on Qualtrics’ servers.

• Only Turner’s two-person Human Resources Reporting & Analytics team is granted access and will be coding your survey to your geographic region or location. This team reports data for demographic groups that have five or more people responding to the survey.
