Eric Fabre’s wealth of experience, including eight years as technical director at Château Lafite Rothschild, enabled him to overcome considerable challenges at the outset, such as restructuring the 111-acre vineyard. Closely managed by Eric and his son, Vianney, with a deep-seated respect for nature.
