Ingredients

1 Part Pomegranate Juice

1/2 Part Honey Syrup

1 Part Apple Cider or Apple Juice

4-5 Parts Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut

Garnish: Apple Slice or Pomegranate Seeds

Method

In a champagne flute, combine and stir all ingredients except the Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut. Once everything else is combined, slowly pour in the bubbly and garnish with apple slices, pomegranate seeds or both!

Pear A Perfect

Ingredients

1.5 Parts Pear Nectar/Juice

3/4 Part Cinnamon Syrup

Optional - Squeeze of Lemon

5 Parts Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut

Garnish: Pear Slice or Cinnamon Stick (or both)

Method

In a highball glass, combine the first 3 ingredients and stir. Add in the Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut and then add in the ice (carefully!). Garnish with a pear slice and cinnamon stick or dash of grated cinnamon.

Ingredients Method

1 oz Pomegranate Juice

¼ oz Lemon

½ oz Demerara Syrup

½ Tbsp Fig Puree

4 oz Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut

1. Combine all ingredients except for the Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut into a shaker with ice. Shake.

2. In a flute pour in 1 oz of Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut. Slowly pour the mixture from the shaker through a strainer into the flute (very slowly or it will bubble/fizz over). Once the bubbles settle, pour in the remainder and top with more Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut until it reaches the top of the glass.

60ml Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut

30ml Elderflower Non-Alc

Aperitivo Spirit

Soda Water

Garnish: Lemon Slice and Sprig of Mint

Method

1. Add ice to a wine glass, pour over the elderflower non-alc aperitivo spirit and Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut. Stir.

2. Top with soda water, garnish with a lemon slice and sprig of mint.

Spritz Blood Orange

60ml Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut

30ml Blood Orange Non-Alc

Aperitivo Spirit

Soda Water

Garnish: Orange Slice

1. Add ice to a wine glass, pour over the blood orange non-alc aperitivo spirit and Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut. Stir.

2. Top with soda water, garnish with an orange slice.

(serves 8-10)

Ingredients

300ml Pineapple Juice

1 pink Grapefruit (thinly sliced)

1 cup Raspberries

50g Sugar

1 Small Bunch Mint Leaves

100ml Fresh Lemon Juice

0% cocktail with Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut

Method

1. Steep grapefruit slices, sugar, raspberries and pineapple juice together overnight in the fridge.

2. The following day transfer to a punch bowl, add mint leaves and lemon juice, stir. Add 10 huge ice cubes or 30 normal sized ones before pouring in 2 bottles of Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut. Ladle into cups to serve, garnish and enjoy!

Garnish (optional)

Mint sprigs and dried citrus wheels.

Ingredients

Method

0% cocktail with Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut

Garnish

5 Watermelon Chunks Lemon Sugar Syrup Giesen 0% Sparking Brut Basil or mint sprig.

1. Cut watermelon into 3cm cubes and soak in lemon husk syrup for 1 hour. Remove and freeze until required.

2. Once frozen add to a large wine glass and gently pour over 150ml Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut.

Lemon Sugar Syrup Recipe

Add 4 half lemon husks to 250g water, 250g of sugar and ½ tsp salt. Bring to a gentle simmer and immediately remove from heat.

Let cool while covered for 2 hours then strain into a bottle for use. Shelf life of 2 weeks.

6 Cucumber Ice Cubes

45ml Apple Juice

150ml Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut

Garnish

1 Wedge of Lemon  Lemon wedge.

Method

Add cubes to glass and build all ingredients over the top.

Garnish and enjoy!

40ml Peach Puree

1 Drop Vanilla Essence

Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut

Garnish

Peach Slice and/or sprig of fresh mint.

Method

1. Pour peach puree into a champagne flute and top with Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut. Stir gently to combine.

2. Garnish with a peach slice and a sprig of fresh mint. Enjoy!

Scoop of Lemon Sorbet or Mango/Grapefruit/ Passionfruit.

Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut

Garnish (Optional)

Twist of lemon, candied peel or popping candy on top.

Method

1. Add a scoop of your favourite fruit sorbet to a coupette or large wine glass.

2. Pour 150ml of Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut over the top and serve immediately with a spoon on the side. Enjoy!
