The HOA provides several opportunities for residents to stay engaged and contribute to shaping the future of our community. We also encourage you to attend, watch, or listen to the Board of Directors meetings, held on the fourth Wednesday of each month. These meetings are open to all residents. They include updates from each committee, as well as discussions and decisions on topics that affect your home, assessments, and amenities. Whether you have a question or a concern or want to stay informed—your voice matters. In addition to the Board, Dobson Ranch is supported by several resident-led committees dedicated to specific focus areas within the community. These groups research, discuss, and advise the Board, and they depend on volunteers like you. Current active committees include:
