Patternmaster supports our dealers and restricts advertised discounts to a maximimum of 10% o MSRP.
If your customer is unhappy with their Patternmaster purchase and returns the product per your business return policy, we will honor your judgment. We ask that you please not reshelf or resell the returned item. Call us at 877-388-2259 for an RA number and send the product back or arrange to give it to your Patternmaster Sales Representative.
Once the product is received by Patternmaster Chokes or Patternmaster Sales Rep, a Store Credit can be issued in the amount of the last purchase price or we will exchange for a new replacement, the choice is yours.
In the unlikely event of a defective tube, Patternmaster supports your store's policy. If you do not have a policy for defective products, please have your customer contact Patternmaster Support at 877-388-2259.
