Explanations Exercise with 2 balls. 2 groups of 7 players, 50m apart in the diagonally opposite corners of a square. Simultaneous passes from the front player in each group to the second player in the group opposite who control and pass etc. followed by sprint to the right corner (2’) then to the leftcorner (2’). The last player in the group dribbles the ball to the front player in the new corner.

Exercise with 2 balls. 2 groups of 7 players, 50m apart in the diagonally opposite corners of a square. Same exercise with 2 balls played by each group at the same time. Exercise with 1 ball. 2 groups of 7 players, 40m apart. Direct pass and sprint in the same direction to the back of the group opposite. Exercise with 1 ball. 2 groups of 7 players, 40m apart. Direct pass, about turn and sprint to the back of the same group . Exercise with 1 ball. 2 groups of 7 players, 40m apart. Direct pass and sprint in the same direction to the back of the group opposite. Exercise with 3 balls. The players form a circle 25m in diameter. 3 players, inside the circle try to make wall passes with players forming the circle for about 15seconds, then pass the ball to three other players forming the circle who then do the same exercise.
