his continued exposés of their shenanigans in the Voice of OC. He proved so good that the Los Angeles Times stole him away this year and let him loose on the notoriously corrupt southeastern cities of Los Angeles County including Maywood, Commerce, Industry and the like. Beware, LA politicos: Elmahrek’s chops are akin to continued cleaver hacks ridding public government of rot.

BEST PR AGENCY LEE HEALY MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Every new, buzzworthy restaurant in Orange County knows that the PR person that’ll get in all the reporters and Instagrammers who matter is Lee Healy. She’s as comfortable around Snapchatting millennials as she is with the Balboa Bay Club set, as perfectly at ease at a hole-in-the-wall as at the Ritz-Carlton. Her clients over the years have included everyone from South Coast Plaza’s restaurants to the TAPS/The Catch guys to bistros, pubs and beyond. Before launching her firm, Healy worked with legendary El Torito founder Larry Cano to popularize sit-down Mexican restaurants across the United States—now that’s pedigree.

People who sign up can post their own content and also tip other artists a small amount of money (with coins you can purchase on the site, each of which are worth half a penny) for the stuff other people post that catches their attention. BEST PERSON WHO FLED OC MARC CHERRY

Toluca Lake resident Marc Hallon Cherry was born 54 years ago in Long Beach; his family later relocated briefly in Oklahoma, but a job transfer for his accountant father, Truman Cherry, had the brood settling in Orange County. Marc, who graduated from Troy High School in Fullerton, later wrote alongside Mitch Hurwitz on NBC’s The Golden Girls. Years after creating ABC’s longrunning Desperate Housewives, Cherry appeared as himself—and the target of a

Santa Ana. The colorful circus letters jump against a black background, suggesting that your hopes and dreams of change don’t have to be dour, musty Marxist ventures. In Eine’s bright and celebratory world, there’s also room for dancing. Emma Goldman would be proud.
