#foodgoals You don’t have to eat kale every day to get to your goal weight. Here are a few grab-and-go snacks that you don’t have to feel guilty about.

Popcorn Air popped kernels are filled with natural grains and fiber, so popping your own kernels is one of the healthiest way to go! You can even add a small amount of oil or spice to add flavor! But unfortunately, the movie theatre popcorn doesn’t cut it.

Nuts Nuts have healthy fats that keep your energy up throughout the day. They also have a high antioxidant content, which protect your heart. Nuts such as almonds contain healthy fats, which aid in weight loss.

Bananas Bananas are a great way to lower blood pressure, protect against diabetes, and strengthen your blood with additional iron they provide.

Granola Bars There are so many varieties of nutrition bars, protein bars, and fruit bars to choose from. They are super easy to grab and go, and there is no preparation at all, unless you make your own! (next page for recipes)

Coffee Along with the burst of energy throughout the day, coffee is a great metabolism booster, and is one of the body’s top suppliers of antibiotics. Also, it’s proven that the smell of coffee has reduced stress, and can even make you feel happier.

Infused Water Water is the ultimate body cleanse. It refreshes and hydrates the body, as well as helping improve skin complexion, and flushes out fat. You can add all types of fruits and even some vegetables to add nutrients to your daily water intake.

Craft your LOVE Here are a few crafts to show your Valentine some love.

Heart of Yarn Items needed: White Copy Paper Pencil Needle/ Hole Punch Red string

After drawing a heart on the copy paper, space out hole punches along the outline of the heart. String the red thread through the needle, and thread the yarn throughout the holes, crossing the yarn to fill the heart.

To finish, tie the yarn together in the back of the paper, and frame for a finished look.

Love-filled Goody Bag

Give your plain goody bags a little love by decorating them with stamps!
