We strive to support others for their well being. Selflessness is not about forgetting about the self; it is developing the self through helping and being with other people.

SELFLESSNESS

Our true self is not the one we mistakenly identify as ourselves. It's only a façade that we created to appease people, win their favor, receive their praise, or avoid punishment, deprivation, rejection, or abandonment. Taoism favors a straightforward way of living and its teachings. Maintaining a healthy balance with the universe.

Chase thou dreams, Look at the unknown, Value every life, Everything blooms together, Without a vision, there is no action. Keep thy thoughts simple Lead without dominating, Live in the present.

TAOISM

To Confucianism, there are four beginnings of the self:

I come and go, I know yet I forget, I perceive and concur.

Thy virtue cannot be my only call, I shall act and rise whenever I fall.

Buddhism

Buddhism discourages and views as bad as comparing oneself to others. Buddhism is the goodness that exists inside us and does not depend on the presence of other factors. We shall find true bliss once we awaken this force within. To see the good in oneself is difficult. It's crucial to keep in mind to laud our special qualities but to do so for who we are and the spirit of Buddhism that is inside us. When we value ourselves, we would be able to; value others genuinely.

I look in the mirror When I look at the one who shows life, Keeping myself to myself first before others, If I forget to do so, I might forget its essence and beauty.

With every morning I wake up, and time added to thee, My name sounded even more lovely.

There is always kindness in my heart, It is hard to explain such passion, Look at life, even the wind sways to the beat of thy heart, Be grateful for asking what to do, Live in this moment, No one knows what awaits tomorrow.

Maya is a way of being and a perspective that is brought on by flawed discerning intellect. Maya causes us to perceive ourselves as separate, unique, and varied beings madeupofmindsandbodiesrather than as unique souls of pure consciousness We misidentify our egos as our souls and our minds as our awareness, pursuing happiness through self aggrandizement and self-preservationandvyingforpraise and acknowledgment, even though these objectives frequently disturb our mental stability and inner tranquility.

Atman is a less tangible concept that is referred to as the " core of individual identity" in Indian psychology. Discovering inner tranquility helps one focus more on oneself. As we meditate, we become more conscious of our past, present, and potential future expectations. It's crucial to reflect on who we are as individuals rather than just relying on what others think of us. This activity lets the person step back and take a broader view of their life circumstances.

Be still thy mind and body. In the silence, thy self visits me. Drift to a land tranquil and calm. I awake to a season blossoming spring.
