Achoiceofoptionalbucketsandattachmentsare availabletomakeCaseLRZfrontloadersagenuine multi-purposetool.Asthecapacitiesofthebuckets havebeenmatchedtothetractorsize,theoperator canchoosethebucketbestsuitedforthetractor,as wellasthetask.Bucketsizesandrecommendations arelistedinthe“Specifications”section.

Aproductidentificationplateisattachedonthe transversepipeoftheloaderunit.Foryour convenience,haveyourdealerrecordtheinformationonthisplateinthespaceprovidedonthe“ToThe Owner”pageatthefrontofthismanual.

GENERALINFORMATION

1.ReadtheOperator’smanualcompletelyand thoroughlybeforeusingthetractororloader. Lackofoperatingknowledgecanleadtoserious accidents.

2.Operatethetractoronlyfromtheoperator’sseat. Thedirectioninformationrightandleftusedin thisoperatingmanualisalwaysbasedonthe driver’sperspective.

3.Replacedamaged,missingorillegiblesafety decals.Seethe“SafetyandAdvisoryDecal” sectioninthismanualforproperlocationofall safetydecals.

4.Complywiththeaccidentpreventionregulations aswellasthetechnicalsafety,occupational health,androadtrafficregulationsofthecountry wherethefrontloaderisused.

5.Unauthorizedchangestothefrontloaderandto theimplementsexcludeliabilityonthepartofthe manufacturerforresultingdamage.

6.Ensurethatallcomponentsarefirmlyattached.

7.Repairorreplacedamaged,excessivelyworn,or missingparts.

8.Regularlycheckthetighteningtorqueofallbolts andnuts.Ensurethatallcomponentsare lubricatedregularly.Seethe“Lubricationand Maintenance”sectioninthismanual.

9.Ensurethatprotectivedevicesandcoversarein goodconditionandproperlymounted.

TheTractor

1.Useapprovedrolloverprotectionandseatbelt forsafeoperation.Overturningatractorwithout anapprovedcaborrollbarcouldresultinserious injuryordeath.Ifthetractorisnotequippedwith theproperrolloverprotection,seeyourtractor dealertoobtaintheproperparts.

2.Alwaysusetheseatbeltontractorsequipped witharollbarorcab.Donotuseaseatbeltif operatingthetractorwithoutarollbarorcab.

3.Addtherecommendedwheelballastand/orrear weightasrecommendedintheOwnersmanual toprovideadequatestabilitywhenusinga loader.

4.Positionthewheelstothetractormanufacturer’s widestrecommendedsettingstoincrease stability.

5.Moveandturnthetractoratlowspeeds.When drivingoncurvesreducethespeedandlowerthe load.

6.Beforestartingtheengine,besurealloperating controlsareintheneutralorparkposition.This willeliminateaccidentalmovementofthe machineorstartupofpowerdrivenequipment.

7.Beforeleavingthetractor,stoptheengine,putall controlsinneutral,engagetheparkbrake,lower thefrontloaderontothegroundandremovethe keyfromthekeyswitch.

8.Whentransportingtheloader,engagetheloader controlneutrallocktopreventaccidentalcycling oftheloader.

WARNING

Connectthebrakepedalsofthetractortogether. Neveruseseparatedbrakesifafrontloaderis mounted.

TheLoader

1.Improperuseofaloadercancauseseriousinjury ordeath.

2.NEVERusetheloadertoliftorcarryanyonewith thebucket,frameorattachment.Seriousinjury ordeathcouldresultfromfallingoffthetractoror loaderduringtransportoroperation.

3.NEVERallowanyonetogetundertheloader bucketorreachthroughtheliftarmswhenthe bucketisintheraisedposition.

4.Donotwalkorworkunderaraisedloader,bucket orattachmentunlessitissecurelyblockedor heldinposition.Accidentalmovementofa controlleveroraleakinthehydraulicsystem couldcausethemainframetodrop,or attachmenttodumpcausingsevereinjuryor death.

5.Makesurealldismountedloadersonparkstands areonahardlevelsurfacewithallsafetydevices engagedtopreventtheparkedloaderfrom fallingandbeingdamagedorinjuringsomeone. Onlyparkthefrontloaderwithattached implement.

6.Donotrepair,removeorreplaceanypartsofthe loaderwhileinthedismounted,parkedposition.

7.Avoidoverheadwiresandobstacleswhenthe loaderisraised.Contactingoverheadelectrical linescancausesevereelectricalburnsordeath fromelectrocution.Makecertainsufficient clearanceisavailablebeforeraisingtheloader.

8.Constantlyobserveyourworkarea.Ensurethat peopleoranimalsdonotobstructtheworkarea.

OPERATINGTHELOADER

1.Theequipmentownerisresponsibletomake certainthatalloperatorsreadthismanual thoroughlyandunderstandthesafetyprecautionsandproperoperatingprocedures.Be certainalloperatorsarequalifiedbeforeallowing operation.

2.Alwayscheckwithproperauthoritiesfor undergroundutilitiesbeforedigging.

3.Exercisecautionwhenoperatingtheloaderwith araisedbucketorattachment.

4.Avoidloosefill,rocksandholes.Theseare dangerousconditionsforloaderoperationor transport.

5.Usecautionwhenoperatingonsteepgrades. Alwayscarrythebucketorattachmentinthe lowestpossiblepositiontomaintainmaximum stability.SelectthepropergearBEFORE attemptingtotravelonasteepgrade.Avoid shiftingongradesandnever“freewheel”.Push theloadmaterialtogetherdownhill.Scoopupthe materialinthedepressionatthebottomofthe incline.

6.Besuretoallowforthelengthoftheloaderwhen makingturnsorworkinginconfinedareas.

7.Stoptheloaderarmsgraduallywhenraisingor loweringtheloader.

8.Carrythebucketorattachmentaslowaspossible toincreasevisibilityduringtransport.

9.Whenparkedorduringservicingoftheloader, lowerthebuckettotheground,stoptheengine, settheparkbrakeandremovethekeyfromthe keyswitch.Specialcareshouldbetakentopark orstoreattachmentswithsharppointsoredges inasafemanner.

10.Donotoperateloadercontrolsunlessproperly seatedintheoperator’sseat.

11.NEVERattempttohandlelarge,heavyobjects suchaslargeroundorrectanglebales,logsoroil drumsunlessthespecificspecialattachmentsare

used.Handlingsuchobjectsisnotrecommended withoutspecialequipment.

12.Handlinglargeheavyobjectscanbedangerous duetothefollowing:

• dangerofoverturningthetractor

• dangerofupendingthetractor

• dangeroftheobjectrollingorslidingdown theloaderarmsontotheoperator

13.Ifthetypeofworkinprecaution12mustbe performed,adheretothefollowing:

• alwaysusetheproperattachment

• neverlifttheloadhigherthannecessaryto clearthegroundwhilemoving

• ballasttherearofthetractortocompensate fortheweightoftheload

• neverliftlargeorheavyobjectswith equipmentthatdoesnothavean anti-rollbackdevice

• moveslowlyandcarefully,avoidingroughor uneventerrain

14.Loaderliftcapacityandbreak-awaycapacity diminishastheloaderheightisincreased.Use carenottograspmorematerialthantheloader isdesignedtohandle.

15.Tractorandfrontloaderworkwithhydraulicoil thatisunderhighpressureinoperation.Check allhydrauliccomponentsandkeepthemingood condition.Ensurethathydrauliccomponents-particularlyhoses--cannotbedamagedby movingparts.

16.Onlyexecutefrontloaderworkifthevisibility conditionsareadequate.Ensurethatthework areaisadequatelyilluminated.Keepthecab windshieldclean.

17.Donotdrivethetractorinajerkymannerifthe frontloaderisinthehighestloadpositionand fullyloaded.

18.Checktheimplementtiltwhenliftingthefront loader.Raisedloadscanfallonyouifyouscoop theimplementtoofar.WhenliftingNSandNS+ frontloadersyoumustcompensateforthe angularincreaseoftheimplementbydumping theimplement.

19.Neverstackmultipleloads(bales,pallets)ontop ofeachother.Theupperloadscanfallonyou. Specialimplements,suchasbalingimplements orpalletforksaredesignedinsuchamannerthat theypreventloadsfromfallingontothetractor.

20.Whenlevellingdonotdrivefasterthan10km/h. Inthisprocesstilttheimplementamaximumof 45° .

21.Switchoffthefrontaxlesuspensionofthetractor.

MAINTENANCE

1.Alwaysweareyeprotection,protectivecoveralls, gloves,safetyfootwearwhenservicingor repairingtheloader.

2.Donotmodify,alterorpermitanyoneelseto modifyoraltertheloaderoranyofit’s componentsorfunctionswithoutfirstconsulting yourdealer.Contactyourdealerwithquestions abouttheloader.

3.Escapinghydraulicfluidunderpressurecan penetratetheskincausingseriousinjury.To preventseriouspersonalinjury:

• DONOTuseyourhandtocheckfor suspectedleaksunderpressure

• useapieceofcardboardorheavypaperto searchforleaks

• stoptheengineandrelievethepressurein thesystembeforeconnectingor disconnectinghydrauliclinesandfittings

• tightenalllinesandfittingsbeforestartingthe engineandpressurizingthesystem

• ifanyfluidisinjectedintotheskin,obtain medicalattentionIMMEDIATELYtoavoid theonsetofGangrene

4.DONOTtamperwithorchangethereliefvalve settings.Thereliefvalveispresetatthe manufacturerforoptimumperformanceand safety.Changingthesettingsmaycause overloadingofthetractorhydraulicsystem resultinginequipmentfailureand/orserious operatorinjury.

5.Whenservicingorreplacingthepinsinthe cylinderends,bucket,etc.,alwaysuseabrass drift.Failuretodosocouldresultinequipment damageand/orpersonalinjuryduetoflying metalfragments.

6.Lowerthefrontloaderontotheground.Leavethe frontloadercoupledtothetractor.Letthe machinetemperaturecooltobelow55°C. Ensuregoodlighting.

7.NEVERstandbetweenthefrontofthetractor andthetransversepipeofthefrontloader.Never repairthefrontloaderwithraisedfrontloader. Lowerthefrontloaderontotheground.
