THE EXPERIENCE
An elevated pathway- "the passage" meandering throughout the harbor forms the backbone of the transition from urban concrete space to urban forest. This passage not only provides an unobstructed pedestrian pathway but also offers various pause points.
The streetscape plays a crucial role in urban design, influencing the aesthetics and practicality of the public realm. Urban residents’ quality of life is greatly influenced by how the public realm and the way buildings interact.
On the Southern end of the site, are a range of amenities for families like picnic spots, an amphitheater for performances, and viewpoints for panoramic views of Lake Ontario.
The Design embraces the beautiful existing landscape and works on enhancing it by adding newer plantations and other amenities along the existing park.
21 THE EXPERIENCE
The Museum block, Located on the northern corner of the site houses various exhibits showcasing the history of the port and has spillover plazas for art exhibits.
There’s something for everyone here. The site features amenities for every age group featuring a kids play area and a trampoline park for the juniors.
A quick weekend getaway with the family, not that far away from home. The picnic spots with other family-friendly amenities for refreshing weekends.
The design also incorporates amenities which make the site welcoming and active throughout the year, even during the harsh winters

"Amidst the city's rhythmic dance, an elevated passage takes its stance. A bridge of dreams where souls connect, above the bustling streets. A woven thread 'twixt earth and sky, urban symphony, where visions fly. Elevating lives, as the space blooms, a passage high, beyond the gloom."
