YOU can help us reach our goals! By paying dues, participating in service projects and fundraisers (held by the club and division), and by just being an outstanding Key Clubber, we can hit both our numerical goals and overall goal of being an ohana <3.

Welcome to the new term, Blue Devils! If you don't already know me, then an even bigger "hello" to you! My name is Joyce Tong, I'm a Junior at Monte Vista High School in Danville, and I'm so honored to serve all of you in Division 26 South as your Lieutenant Governor. In the 2020-2021 term, I proudly served Monte Vista Key Club as their Secretary. With my experiences there, I realized a joy in serving you. Now, I want to give back to the community that accepted me with welcoming arms. By creating an atmosphere where everyone will share a special bond for each other and lean on each other in times of trouble, I want to serve you on my platform, LOVE LOVE. Without the stress of school, I want you to LIVE live your life in Key Club, learn key ORGANIZATIONAL visibility organizational skills, be promised VISIBILITY encouraged by with transparency and recognition, and be ENCOURAGED everyone in our amazing D26S family! In this upcoming term, we'll stick true to our roots, not only as a service organization, but as a family and serve with love. Aside from Key Club, here are some things that I love: Thai milk tea, Yakult, Swedish Fish, cotton candy, mochi, tteokbokki (spicy Korean rice cakes), anything strawberry scented (and

flavored!), The Office, my keyboards, and fresh laundry!

I'm a firm believer that I am not only leading you, but I am serving alongside you. I'm a pretty open book, and I'll tell you anything I can (as permitted, of course). Please know that I love you, I have faith in you, and I can't wait to hold your hand throughout your Key Club journey! Serving with LOVE,

Joyce Tong Division 26 South Lieutenant Governor 2021-2021

making dog toys Deya Liao, Dublin "In this service event, I made dog toys from old tshirts that were lying around. The meeting had an extremely chill atmosphere, with classic pop songs playing in the background and everyone focusing on their own projects. It felt liberating to take time out of my day and simply work on a hands-on project, and I hope to participate again in the future."

-deya liao, dublin

"Today we had the option to make diy dog toys, free rice, unicef, CMN cardmaking, and tappy trees. I chose to do tappy tress and had a nice time. Everything was chill during the meeting and we got to listen to some good music. It was nice to see everyone again!"

ARTICLES & VISUALS

"The first day (Friday) consisted of a candidate's meet & greet to ask some questions about their goals and plans for the term. Afterwards, we were split into region groups to play some bonding games, like Soulmate! Next, we went to workshops hosted by LTGs to learn various skills. The second day (Saturday) started with some opening remarks and a mini concert from AJ Rafael. We then split into House of Delegates and other workshops, where the election took place. That night, I sang my heart out at karaoke with the DEXECs before they retired. Sunday was our last day and we started with some officer workshops, moved onto the Kiwanis Family & Foundation Expo, and finally ended with the retirement of the old board & installation of the new board!"
