PROGRAMA ARQUITECTÓNICO La propuesta del taller es reemplazar un edificio existente de un piso, que representa la sede institucional del Club Circolo Italiano, por un edificio de 3 a 4 pisos, que le dé la imagen institucional. El nuevo proyecto incorpora un programa cultural que le permita al club abrir sus puertas al público en general, eliminando el cerco existente. Las propuestas de los alumnos deben conseguir que, a través de la diferenciación de accesos, el público pueda acceder al programa cultural y el socio pueda seguir utilizando las instalaciones del club.
BRIEF The challenge of this workshop is to replace an existing one-storey building, which represents the headquarters of the private club “Circolo Italiano”, for a larger building of 3 or 4 storey, to showcase the institutional image of the club. The new project includes a cultural program that will allow the private club to open its gates to the public, eliminating the existing wall on the main entrance road. The proposals should include segregated access, so that the public can access the cultural program, while the members of the club can still use their own installations.
