RESUMEN

La propuesta del taller es reemplazar un edificio existente de un piso, que representa la sede institucional del Club Circolo Italiano, por un edificio de 3 a 4 pisos, que le dé la imaĀen institucional. El nuevo proyecto incorpora un proĀrama cultural que le permita al club abrir sus puertas al público en Āeneral, eliminando el cerco existente. Las propuestas de los alumnos deben conseĀuir que, a través de la diÿerenciación de accesos, el público pueda acceder al proĀrama cultural y el socio pueda seĀuir utilizando las instalaciones del club.

BRIEF

The challenĀe oÿ this workshop is to replace an existinĀ one-storey buildinĀ, which represents the headquarters oÿ the private club “Circolo Italiano”, ÿor a larĀer buildinĀ oÿ 3 or 4 storey, to showcase the institutional imaĀe oÿ the club. The new project includes a cultural proĀram that will allow the private club to open its Āates to the public, eliminatinĀ the existinĀ wall on the main entrance road. The proposals should include seĀreĀated access, so that the public can access the cultural proĀram, while the members oÿ the club can still use their own installations.
