Brenda joined DRNY in January 2016 as an advocate for the Client Assistance Program (CAP). Brenda works as a Senior Client Assistance Program (CAP) Advocate. CAP is an advocacy resource for people with disabilities who are seeking, receiving, or have been denied services from state vocational rehabilitation agencies. In NYS those agencies are the Commission for the Blind and ACCES-VR.
