Un démarrage encore timide, compte-tenu de la conjoncture, mais en progression. Les opportunités de formation ne manquent pas dans la région : université, écoles supérieures. Les profils des jeunes sont généralement bien adaptés aux nouveaux emplois à pourvoir.
