LOCATION The SNOWGLOBE Music Festival will be held on the Lake Tahoe Community College campus in the beautiful city of South Lake Tahoe, CA from December 29-31 from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m each day.

GETTING HERE GETTING TO SOUTH LAKE TAHOE BY AIRPLANE Reno/Tahoe International Airport (RNO), Sacramento International Airport (SMF), and the large San Francisco International Airpot (SFO) are all in driving proximity of the festival. (specifically from the Montbleu Casino Resort & Spa) to the festival site on a continuous loop—starting an hour before the show and ending an hour after. There will be a designated Pick Up/Drop Off area in close proximity to the festival—which will be located at 35 College Ave, South Lake Tahoe, CA. Festival attendees will be able to walk directly from that area along a paved road to the festival gates. This area will be staffed and monitored by festival security and designated staff.

official website are valid. If you purchase from any other unauthorized source or your ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry into the festival. Wristbands and badges MUST ALWAYS be worn for entry into the festival. Wristbands and badges MUST be worn securely on wrist and/or shirt and cannot be slipped off. Wristbands and badges are both NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, and NON-REPLACEABLE. Do NOT remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way. SERIOUSLY. Any and all suspect wristbands will be removed and you will not be allowed any re-entry. Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband or badge are VOID and will be seized by festival security staff without question. If your wristband is removed by festival security or event staff for any reason, it will NOT be replaced. weather & SAFETY advice WHAT TEMPERATURES TO EXPECT As you might have already guessed, it’s going to be REALLY COLD! We cannot stress enough the importance of dressing appropriately. If you have any uncertainty or any questions about what to pack, please do not hesitate to send us a message—we’ll be more than happy to help you out! Temperatures are expected to be in the low 40 degree range during the day and in the teens at night. Remember, we will have some heated areas throughout the festival grounds, but the majority of the event takes place outdoors so please be prepared.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Please DO NOT try to walk or hitchhike to the event! Cars will be traveling at high speeds in winter conditions on the roads in the area. Note that there will be plenty of transportation options available for you—please see our ‘SHUTTLE PICKUP’ page or the first page of this guide book to learn about these options.

WHAT IS THE SNOWCIAL LOUNGE? The Snowcial Lounge is a RESTRICTED access lounge available only to those who purchase a Snowcial Lounge pass for New Year’s Eve. It is fully heated and includes unlimited champagne in addition to a full open bar. It is also the only place you can bring in the new year with the main headliners on New Year’s Eve.

HOW CAN I GET ACCESS TO IT ALL? You can purchase Snowcial Lounge Passes at our festival website before the event. Due to limited space, these passes are likely to sell out quickly. We will reserve some passes that will available for purchase on the first day of the festival, however, keep in mind that the quantity of these is very limited.

shuttle PICKUP information BASIC INFORMATION In order to provide as many safe transportation options for our attendees as possible, the shuttle service is included with the purchase of your VIP ticket. It is a very simple shuttle service to and from the SNOWGLOBE site. This year’s shuttle has undergone a number of significant changes—not only are we increasing the number of buses, but we have also (more importantly) simplified the route. This year, the SNOWGLOBE shuttle will be running back and forth exclusively from the MontBleu Casino Resort & Spa (in close proximity to a number of Stateline casino and hotels) to the SNOWGLOBE festival site.
