The series of discussions during the orientation paved the way for employees to have a general idea on the rollout of the national and regional vaccination program. DILG Regional Director Jonathan Paul M. Leusen, Jr. welcomed the participants and encouraged them to listen and actively participate for them to be informed of their role in this enormous undertaking. The orientation activity included the following topics: COVID-19 Deployment Vaccination Plan; Regional Plan and Actions Taken; Regional Vaccination Operations Center Structure and Roles; FAQs/ Demand Generation; and COVID-19 Vaccines and Its Mechanism of Action. To cap off the orientation, DILG Assistant Regional Director Elpidio A. Durwin expressed his gratitude to the resource persons from CVCHD for sharing their technical expertise.
