Sales within the Lake Nona Golf & Country Club totaled more than $44 million, making it a banner year for residential real estate in the highly regarded Central Florida locale. One of the top private golf and country clubs in the world, it features a Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course, a clubhouse, a lodge, a Bath & Racquet Club, year-round children’s programming and 24-hour gated security. “Our diversification and innovation in product types continues to be a strong draw for a variety of homeowners,” says Rob Adams, vice president of residential development. “We like to have different products that appeal to different people.
