Shall not publicly disparage the business practice of a competitor, nor volunteer an opinion of a competitor’s transaction. If an opinion is sought and the member deems it appropriate to respond, such opinion shall be rendered with strict professional integrity and courtesy.

Legacy Scholarship The MCBC Legacy Scholarship is awarded each year to individuals who want to further their education. The MCBC gives priority to students who want to attend a trade school or get a college or university degree that relates to the construction industry.

Each applicant will be reviewed by the MCBC Steering Committee. The Committee will consider each applicant’s interest in construction, grade-point average, extracurricular activities, employment experience, and financial need.
