COMPENSATION

The listing agent fee is 5%,plus an agreement to compensate a buyer's agent - typically 15% - 2 0% at this price level

HYBRID-SPONSORED MARKETING

- We anticipate an annual marketing budget of $25,000 - $50,000 to properly position the property

- Ted Wight and Stephanie Oliver will provide photography,creative design,brochure printing,mailing, local print,and digital marketing

- Ted Wight and Stephanie Oliver will create and manage the elevated print and digital media schedules, ad placements,and accounting In such arrangement,seller shall remit ½ of the annual budget in advance,payable to Stephanie Oliver or Ted Wight,at the execution of the listing agreement and at the six-month milestone Any unused portion of the pre-paid marketing funds shall be credited to seller at closing
