Capacitación con el uso de la metodología de Campesino a Campesino: Consistió fundamentalmente en talleres comenzando desde lo más sencillo e introduciendo la temática de género a través de actividades prácticas relacionadas con lo productivo, poco a poco caminando hacia temas más complejos como: Diferencias entre sexo y género, división sexual del trabajo, autoestima, alcoholismo, violencia y masculinidades.
Training with the Farmer to Farmer Methodology: This mainly consisted of workshops, in which the subject matter started out from the most basic and introduced the issue of gender in practical activities related to productive activities. Slowly this evolved into more complex issues like: the differences between sex and gender, sexual division of labor, self-esteem, alcoholism, violence and masculinities.
Acompañamiento: A los avances, en conjunto fueron registrando el desarrollo de cada uno de los componentes y en cada comunidad, ya que son contextos con diferente potencial, promoviendo la responsabilidad de los compromisos entre los participantes.
Support: As a whole, the process recorded the development of each of the components and in each community since these are contexts with different potentials. This promoted responsibility to the commitments made by participants.
Jornadas de salud con mujeres: Desarrolladas en coordinación con los establecimientos de salud, el grupo meta entre ellas: mujeres en edad fértil, mujeres gestantes, el tema primordial fue la alimentación y la salud de las familias, estas actividades ayudaron en brindar mayor seguridad a las mujeres y a fortalecer sus conocimientos.
Day-long health activities with women: Implemented in coordination with the health establishment, the target group was women in childbearing age and pregnant women. The central topics were diet and family health. These activities helped to provide more security to women and strengthen their knowledge.
Generación de iniciativas con enfoque de Comercialización Campesina Sostenible: Las actividades microempresariales en su mayoría han estado integradas por mujeres, quienes han recibido capacitación en diferentes rubros microempresariales, entre los temas trabajados, se trató: Organización, comercialización, precios justos y transformación. Los diferentes emprendimientos han ayudado a que las mujeres tengan un ingreso económico, logrando así independencia económica o aporte a la economía familiar. Talleres sobre técnicas agroecológicas: Han estado dirigidos para ambos sexos, de manera que se pueda fortalecer conocimientos sobre el mejoramiento de la producción con enfoque agroecológico, siendo el tema principal la promoción de la agricultura sostenible.
Las actividades descritas son las que han contribuido mayormente a que la mujer se involucre en aspectos productivos, como la crianza de animales menores, forestación, mantenimiento de reservorios y buen uso del recurso hídrico, asociación de cultivos, rotación de cultivos, elaboración de abonos orgánicos, y las viviendas saludables. El rol de las promotoras ha sido esencial para concretar el proceso de involucramiento de las mujeres en general.

Creation of initiatives with a focus on Sustainable Marketing by Farmers: Women made up the majority of the micro-business activities. They received training in different small business areas. Among these were: organization, marking, fair prices and transformation. The different endeavors helped women to have an income, thus achieving economic independence or support for the family economy. Workshops on agro-ecological techniques: These were oriented to both women and men so that they could strengthen their knowledge about the improvement of production with an agro-ecological focus, as is the main issue in the promotion of sustainable agriculture.
The described activities have primarily contributed to women becoming involved in productive issues such as the raising of small animals, forestation, reservoir maintenance and good use of water resources, polycultivation, crop rotation, making organic fertilizer, and healthy homes. The role of women promoters was key to the process to involve women in general.
