Residency Requirements: Applicants must own property in Charleston, Berkeley, or Dorchester County. Resident and Non-Resident categories are available and determined by the use, location, and tax assessment ratio of the qualifying properties.

Who is included in my membership?

Membership privileges extend to you, your spouse, and children under the age of 25.

Can I bring guests?

Yes! We want you to be able to entertain your friends and family, but there are some limitations. A Member must accompany his/her guest. Guest fees and frequency restrictions may apply.

Can I change membership levels?

Yes! However, changes in membership categories may require an additional initiation fee, and there are some frequency restrictions.

Are there any capital assessments or food and beverage minimums?

No! Wild Dunes Club is a non-equity Club without capital assessments and restaurant minimums at this time.

Is my membership transferable?

Memberships may not be transferred, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, including any transfer or deemed transfer by sales, gift, devise, bequest or resulting from any act of bankruptcy, insolvency, attachment or otherwise.

Are there part-time resident membership levels?

Yes, Resident and Non-Resident categories are based on your property tax status.

BENEFITS OF YOUNG EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP FOR SIGNATURE MEMBERS UNDER 40 YEARS OF AGE

If you are under the age of 40, you may qualify for full membership without the long-term, upfront commitment typically required.

Initiation Fee 25% due at signing 25% due at age 40 50% due at age 45 Monthly Dues 50% until age 40 70% until age 45 The Young Executive Membership fee schedule is based off of the eldest family member, and applies to the Signature level only.
