Will be held for two weeks from the date of the original enquiry. If not confirmed by then, date will be released Deposit payable with written confirmation ...... £600 Payable with written confirmation, a further £600 payable 6 months prior to wedding date. (All non refundable). Discount ......................................................................... A 15% Discount will be given on all Receptions held on Sunday and Thursday, 20% Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with guaranteed numbers in excess of 80 persons. Entertainment .............................................................. We request you advise us of your entertoinment as certain bands are no longer welcome at the hotel due to their unprofessional conduct. Room Hire ...................................................................... At the Management's discretion. Final Numbers .............................................................. We would require the finol numbers for catering purposes 48 hours prior to the function and this is the number on the final account. Accounts Payable ....................................................... Your estimated account will be included with your function details which will be sent eight weeks prior to your wedding. This is due for payment four weeks prior to your wedding day. Any balance due to hotel/you will be paid the following day. Cancellation Policy .................................................... Should the function be cancelled the following charges will apply: - within eight weeks of the event 50% of the estimated account. - within two weeks of the event 75% of the estimated account. - within one week of the event 100% of the estimated account. Hire of Room for Ceremony ..................................... £300 West Lounge. We hold a civil license for this room to host a wedding at 3.00pm.
