Ingenza’s fermentation, microbiology and cell culture team develops and scales commercial fermentation processes worldwide. Meeting process requirements from shake flask evaluation through optimisation of media and growth protocols, master cell banking and scalable process economics, our fermentation group provides customers and partners with the confidence that the ultimate bioprocess will satisfy their commercial needs.


With over 15 years experience in scaling diverse industrial fermentation processes to multi thousand litre and beyond, Ingenza’s fermentation team is equipped to translate individual engineered bioprocesses into robust and reproducible large scale manufacturing routes. Implementing GMP compliant quality protocols where appropriate, Ingenza has delivered competitive fermentation and cell culture based processes to meet broad ranging manufacturing objectives: • • • • • •
