St. Aleksandar Nevski stands as a testament to Bulgaria’s historical and cultural heritage. Built between 1882 and 1912, it features a magnificent central dome, richly decorated with gold, marble, and frescoes interiors, and intricate mosaics. The cathedral is a prominent symbol of the country’s national and spiritual identity.
