NEGOTIATING LIVING SPACE BETWEEN INHABITANTS Wonseok Woo (Year 5) U 19
The ultimate purpose of this study is to share the idle space within each house through communication (NEGOTIATION) with residents. Along with the steady increase house prices in London, growing vacancies are one of the big problems, which is being affected by the large capital or capitalists. With the continued rise in house prices, capitalists are using London houses as a means of generating their own profits by repeating buying and selling houses again, raising houses prices in London. These vicious circles have forced Londoners to continue to live in London paying a huge amount for the house, even though they have little time to spend at home. The purpose of this project is to solve these problems from the standpoint of architects.
