Registration and Cancellation Policy You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed registration up to five (5) days before the start date of an IDI class or up to fifteen (15) days before the start of a Guest Lecturer class. You will receive a credit voucher applicable to a future class, minus a $10.00 processing fee. All cancellations made any later than the allowed time, including “no show” on the actual class day will result in forfeiture of your entire class payment.

We regret that we cannot process any cancellation or rescheduling of class(es) online. Please contact your Education Registrar if you wish to cancel or reschedule your class(es) at 888-29 CLASS (25277). All money received for classes are neither refundable nor transferable. All applicable credits are issued as credit vouchers for a future class and are valid for three months from date of issue.

Certificates of Attendance are awarded at the end of the class provided all homework is successfully completed with no time missed from class. If you miss

30 minutes or more of class time, you can make-up the same missed time of the class within 3 months. Hours are credited for each course through The International Dermal Institute Benefits Card Program. Present your benefits card to the Education Registrar when checking into class or ask how you can obtain one.

Please Note: 1. All Classes: For hygiene and safety reasons, please keep your nails short and polish-free. Long hair must be tied back. We highly recommend wearing rubber soled shoes for all practical classes.

2. Specific Classes: Body Classes (Practical): We will provide you a disposable paper “Bikini Buddy” during class. If you prefer, you may bring a bathing suit.

3. Facility Policy: The International Dermal Institute does not have the facilities to accommodate children.
