I am an enthusiastic home cook I have used this knife for over a month and it has really been holding up. I love it using it and my wife loves it. It’s really light and easy to use. It’s got a really good balance and comfortable grip, thanks to the study beefy handle and thick bolster. I sharpened the knife with a 800 grit whetstone and completely put a new edge on it. It is razor sharp and cuts through everything like butter. So far it has been holding the edge pretty well after about a month use. It would make a really nice gift for a cooking enthusiast.
