Ingredients

2 cups nuts (one type or many mixed nuts, pecan, cashew, walnut, almonds)

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon Zesty Mediterranean French Pantry Herb Blend

½ teaspoon sugar

Dash of cinnamon

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 325°F and place Bonmat on Perforated Baking Sheet™

2.Melt the butter.

3.Add nuts to a bowl and use a Heat Resistant Spatula™ to toss nuts with butter

4 Sprinkle FRENCH PANTRY Zesty Mediterranean Herb Blend, sugar, and cinnamon over the nuts and mix well.

5 Spread the nuts evenly on the Bonmat

6 Bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally

This is the weeknight hero that feels like a celebration A golden spaghetti crust hugs a saucy, cheesy filling, bakes to crisp edges, and slices like a dream leftovers (if any) reheat beautifully. Cindy loves how it turns “pasta night” into a crowd-pleasing pie.

Ingredients

Spaghetti Crust

8 oz spaghetti noodles

2 large eggs, beaten

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbsp melted butter or FRENCH

PANTRY Tuscan Herb Oil

FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris Salt

Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Filling

1 lb. lean ground beef

½ small onion, diced (use Eco Chop for quick prep)

1 clove garlic, minced

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained

2 cups pasta sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

½ tsp French Pantry Rosemary, Basil & Thyme Herb Blend

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

1.Preheat 350°F; set FORTEEZ Mold on Perforated Sheet Cook/drain spaghetti; toss with butter or Tuscan Oil Mix in eggs + Parmesan, season; press into mold up the sides.

2 Sauté ground beef and onion until browned; drain Add garlic in 1 min Stir in diced tomatoes and pasta sauce; simmer 5–7 min to thicken.

3.In a bowl, mix ricotta with parsley and Rosemary, Basil & Thyme Herb Blend

4 Spread ricotta over spaghetti crust, spoon on meat sauce, top with mozzarella.

5.Bake for 25–30 min at 350°F until bubbly; rest 10 min, then slice

FORTEEZ Mini Muffin Tray, they’re crisp outside, tender inside, and perfectly portioned for festive gatherings

Ingredients

8 cups stale bread cubes (glutenfree or regular, 1-inch pieces)

1 cup dried cherries

½ cup unsalted butter

1 large onion, chopped

3 celery stalks, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp French Pantry Rosemary Basil

Thyme Herb Blend

2 tsp dried sage

2 tsp French Pantry Roasted Garlic and Chive Herb Blend

1 tsp salt

½ tsp French Pantry Tellicherry Pepper

2 cups chicken or vegetable broth (gluten-free if GF)

2 large eggs, beaten

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the Mini Muffin Tray on the Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.

2 In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and dried cherries Set aside

3 In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat Add onion, celery, and garlic. Sauté until softened.

4 Stir in herb blends, salt, and pepper; cook for 1–2 minutes to release flavor

5.Pour the vegetable and herb mixture over bread cubes and cherries; toss to coat evenly.

6 Gradually add broth until bread is moistened but not soggy

7 Mix in beaten eggs to bind the mixture

8.Fill each well of the Mini Muffin Tray with stuffing, pressing lightly to compact.

To make gluten-free, use gluten-free bread

9 Cover with bonMAT and bake for 15 minutes, then remove cover and bake 10 minutes more until golden and crisp.

10.Cool slightly before unmolding.

Inspired by a cozy evening in the French countryside, this dish turns simple ingredients into something special Thin potatoes baked in cream and cheese become creamy, golden, and elegant, a perfect side for any holiday or family dinner.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. French Pantry Garlic Olive

Oil (sub for butter)

2 lb russet potatoes, peeled and sliced ¼” thick using the bon COOK Mandoline

2 cups whole milk or Lactose Free Whole Milk

2 cups heavy cream or sour cream

4 cloves garlic, halved

⅛ tsp ground nutmeg

2 tsp French Pantry Sel Gris

1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

2 cups grated Gruyère cheese

1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

1 Tbsp. French Pantry Roasted Garlic and Chive Herb Blend

Directions

1.reheat oven to 350°F. No need to coat your bon COOK FORTEEZ Square Mold with anything

2.In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, milk, cream, garlic, nutmeg, Sel Gris, pepper, and Roasted Garlic & Chive Herb Blend Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat until potatoes are just tender (8–12 minutes)

3.Using a slotted spoon, layer half the potatoes into the FORTEEZ Mold. Sprinkle with half the Gruyère Repeat with the remaining potatoes and cheese Pour just enough cream mixture to reach the bottom of the top layer.

Swap Gruyère for Comté or Emmental for a twist.

Prep ahead: assemble and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking. Serve with Bordeaux Pork Tenderloin or Chicken for a complete bon COOK meal

INGREDIENTS

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

3 carrots, peeled and chopped

2 parsnips, peeled and chopped

1 sweet potato, cubed

1 red onion, sliced

2 tbsp French Pantry Garlic Oil

1 tsp French Pantry Sel Gris

1 tsp dried thyme

½ tsp black pepper
