All of our baking essentials are free of added fillers and harmful chemicals and are as easy to care for as they are to love. While we recommend hand washing with hot, soapy water, each is top-rack dishwasher safe for time-saving convenience. Make sure to wash before first use. Discoloration over time is normal. Do not use sharp tools or knives on your bakeware, and do not use under a broiler or expose to open flame as this will void the warranty. Add water to any unused wells when baking. INGREDIENTS:

3-4 Roma tomatoes

1/2 cup white or red onion

1 jalapeño

1/4 cup fresh cilantro

1/2 teaspoon FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris bon Salt

1-2 Tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Tahitian Lime Oil

1 lime, juiced with Citrus Press

DIRECTIONS:

Chop your tomatoes, onion, jalapeño and fresh cilantro in the Eco-Chop. You may have to do a couple of separate chops. Toss chopped items in Stainless Mixing Bowl, add salt, oil, and freshly squeezed lime. Stir well to combine, then taste and add more salt if needed. Cover and refrigerate until time to serve.

BON TIP:

For less spice, remove seeds from jalapeño before chopping.

INGREDIENTS:

3 ripe mangos, peeled & quartered

1 medium red bell pepper, quartered

½ red onion, halved

¼ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves

1 jalapeño, seeded

¼ cup fresh lime juice, juiced with Citrus Press

1 tablespoon FRENCH PANTRY Mango White Balsamic

1 teaspoon FRENCH PANTRY Tahitian Lime Oil

¼ teaspoon FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris bon Salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Place fruit and veggies in Eco-Chop and give 4 – 6 pulls until ingredients are finely chopped. Next, transfer to Stainless Mixing Bowl and add the balsamic and oil. Mix well. Season to taste with salt.

BON TIP:

For a holiday pleaser, trade the mango for 1 package of fresh cranberries. Swap the bell pepper for 2 large ribs of celery, and add 3/4 cup sugar (or maple syrup) in lieu of the balsamic. Tada! A delightful Cranberry Lime Salsa!

DIRECTIONS:

In a small bowl or carafe, combine oil and vinegar using Mini Whisk (page 41). Add salt & pepper to taste.

INGREDIENTS:

4 slices bacon

½ Red Onion, thinly sliced on Mandoline

2 cups Collards

2 cups Kale

3 tsp FRENCH PANTRY

Tomato Herb Mustard

1 tsp FRENCH PANTRY

Herbs de Provence Herb Blend

FRENCH PANTRY pepper of choice

FRENCH PANTRY Sel Gris Salt

1 Honeycrisp Apple, diced with Eco-Chop

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

Place Large Round Mold on a microwave safe plate. Place bacon in Large Round Mold and cover with Octagonal Bonmat. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Once bacon is cooked, remove bacon from Large Round Mold and place on a paper towel. Chop once cooled.

Keep 1-2 tbsp bacon grease (or substitute oil of choice) in Large Round Mold and add sliced onions, cover with Octagonal Bonmat, and cook in microwave for 1 minute.

Add greens to onions, cover, and steam in microwave for 2 minutes. Add mustard, herb blend, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine, cover with Octagonal Bonmat, and microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave, add chopped bacon and apple. Toss to combine.

OPTIONAL:

Top with a poached egg or add eggs on top of greens before the final minute of cooking. Cook until eggs are done to your likeness, approx. 1-2 minutes.

roasted balsamic brussels

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs. Brussels Sprouts, trimmed & halved ¼ cup FRENCH PANTRY Sweet Basil Oil 1-2 tablespoons FRENCH PANTRY Traditional Dark Balsamic FRENCH PANTRY pepper of choice FRENCH PANTRY bon Salt of choice

OVEN DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400°F . Place your Flexiflat on the Perforated Baking Sheet. Add Brussels sprouts to Flexiflat. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper (to taste) and toss. Spread mixture out evenly on the Flexiflat. Roast 20-30 minutes until tender and browned. Remove from oven and drizzle immediately with Traditional Dark Balsamic and toss to combine. Enjoy!

OPTIONAL:

For added flavor, add 4 oz. Pancetta, sliced ¼ inch thick, cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Try different FRENCH PANTRY oils or create your own custom combination.

QUICK MICROWAVE STEAMING

Keep the nutrients! No need to add water after washing. Simply place in Round Mold and cover with Octagonal Bonmat.

CORN ON THE COB 1-2 minutes per ear

VEGGIES

Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc... Start with lowest time and add in 30-second intervals as needed.

Half-full mold, fresh: 2-3 mins

Full mold, fresh: 3-4 minutes

Half-full mold, frozen: 4 minutes

Full mold, frozen: 5 minutes

POTATOES

Whole: 10-12 minutes (poke before steaming & turn halfway)

Diced: 8-10 minutes

Times will vary based on appliance and preferred tenderness.

INGREDIENTS:

9 large egg whites, room temperature

1 1/3 cups superfine sugar

A pinch of cream of tarter

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 200°F . Place Bonmat on Perforated Baking Sheet. Whisk egg whites and a pinch of cream of tarter on medium-low speed until foamy. Add sugar very slowly (1 tbl at a time) and whisk until sugar dissolves and soft peaks form. Gradually increase speed to medium high and whisk until stiff glossy peaks form.

Using the pastry bag, create mounds on your Bonmat about an inch apart. Place in oven and bake for 1 ½ hours. Turn off the oven and allow meringues to continue drying for several hours.
