About DC

Reinventing the financial services value chain
TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING MANAGED SERVICES
Reinvention is about making improvements to something by looking at it in a different or new way, and this is what we do for our financial services clients. We help them challenge their operating model and deliver it in a new way.
At Delta Capita we help our clients reduce costs and improve process and technology by moving them away from their existing propriety models towards mutualised managed services, enabling our clients to create stronger operations and more sustainable, compliance-ready business.
Delta Capita is a trusted partner for a more efficient, effective and secure financial services value chain.
The Financial Services value chain consists of all the activities an organisation undertakes categorised into strategically relevant groupings. Categorisation allows for the analysis of competitive advantage provided to the organisation by each activity along the chain.

Delta Capita’s Commitment to Sustainability
At Delta Capita, we are committed to responsible business practices that benefit our people, clients, suppliers and planet. This commitment sits at the core of our DC Values and informs how we work with people across our ecosystem.
We partner with EcoVadis – one of the world’s most trusted sustainability ratings providers – and with our clients, to continually assess and improve our position in all aspects of ethics and sustainability. These aspects include:

► Environment and Climate Change
► Labour and Human Rights
► Sustainable Procurement

We are very proud that our silver ranking on EcoVadis puts us in the top 79% of our peer group in ESG.

At Delta Capita, we recognise that a strong focus on ESG is critically important to our clients and of course to our employees.

We encourage your participation towards achieving our ambitious goals and meeting our external commitments as we strive for continuous progress in our actions, policies, business practices and brand.

DC Charity Partners

and we are pleased to announce that we have already finalised agreements with six of the ten regions – as well as REACH! Siem Reap who were announced as our global charity partner at the end of 2022.

We expect to have all of our regional charity partners confirmed soon and we will be sharing more information about these partnerships as well as the process for applying for PTO to volunteer for one of our partners. In the meantime, we encourage you to reach out to your local relationship manager for more information.

We have a passionate team of colleagues who have volunteered to support the charity partners in each of our major regions

Get involved with Sustainability
Delta Capita is committed to responsible business practices that benefit our people, clients, suppliers, communities and planet. Our broad consulting competencies allow us to support our clients’ ESG journeys from start to finish. As seasoned practitioners, our experience-led approach, industry insight and regulatory expertise position us well to understand and address both client pain points and opportunities. We partner with our clients to conduct ESG materiality assessments, perform gap analyses, and develop truly strategic solutions.
We also commit to a ‘net positive’ mindset and as a result we have committed to the Carbon Neutral 2030 Pledge. This means going beyond net-zero emissions to take CO2 out of the atmosphere, helping repair and regenerate our planet. Our Sustainability Statement highlights our commitment to these sustainable business practices.
To drive sustainability in the workplace, Delta Capita has implemented various green initiatives alongside an ESG-focused working group.
