Adult Instant Tennis

This player is just starting to play tennis and has limited experience. Objectives at this level are to develop skills to get the ball into play and learn proper grips and technique on major shots.

Location: Wednesday – Lifesport, Lincolnshire Age: 18+ Friday – Sachs Recreation Ctr.

Adult Tennis Stroke Production

A refresher program for those who have played tennis but haven’t picked up a racquet in years or have advanced beyond Instant Tennis. Make up classes must be pre-approved by tennis instructor PRIOR to missing a class.

Location: Mon am session at Lifesport, Lincolnshire Age: 18+ Mon pm sessions/Wed/Fri at Sachs Recreation Ctr

Organized Match Play - Intermediate

Formerly called In-House Intermediate Pickleball League. Participants should have completed Pickleball 123 class and participated in at least one session of Pickleball 456 class.

Organized Match Play - Advanced

Formerly called In-House Advanced Pickleball League. Participants should have completed Pickleball 123 & 456 classes or have some match play experience.

Adult Tennis Open Practice

This program is for players rated 2.5 to 3.5. It is a fast-paced learning experience drill group with each session highlighting new shots as well as reviewing the “bread and butter” shots.
