We have been honoured and a\warded for our successes. We were proud to be recognised by the Schools, Students and Teachers Network (SSAT) for achieving attainment in the top 10% of similar schools in the country for our GCSE results last year Our students have been achieving remarkable things; many were recognised in the Jack Petchey Achievement Awards, 214 were awarded in the UK Intermediate Maths Challenge, our Glee choir were selected to perform in Barnardo's National Choir Competition at Birmingham Symphony Hall, and our STEM club have won two awards in the LEGO League Challenge. Many of our sports teams are winning great accolades and playing brilliantly as teams, with notable success in table tennis, netball, and both girls and boys football. You can read more about all of this success inside
I hosted a lovely afternoon tea party with two children from each year group who had made a big improvement this term in the number of achievement points they have received. We discussed how they were excellent role models for students across the school. It was wonderful to hear about their achievements and all the things that they are enjoying most about school
